    Fabulous hotel next to Lime Street Station & Empire Theatre. Rooms are great, comfy beds & lovely bathroom with all toiletries needed. Staff are very welcoming & breakfast was delicious. Will definitely be back.

    Room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower was powerful, air conditioner was great and you can’t hear anything from the outside even though it’s literally next to Liverpool Lime Street

    The location is very nice and near the train station and shops and restaurants, however, the rooms are bit small and we had a problem with the wheelchair accessible room, the water was drained all over the floor of the room and all of our stuff was fluid with water. When we asked the staff, they informed us that they with provide us with towels to clean the room ( how can a person with a wheelchair can clear a room by himself ). So I asked them to switch to a regular room. So they give us a room with broken fridge and broken coffee machine.
