The apt is in a centralised location and easy instructions for access. Bathroom well maintained and wifi worked well. Cleanliness was average and the kitchen facilities could hv ben improved by provodibg a microwave.

Superb location. If anything it's just too close to the bars and the music can be very loud until the early hours. However, its perfect for a group of mates going out on the town. Apartment has plenty of room and is clean and the staff were very helpful.

The location is great if you’re going for a party weekend! You are literally above all the madness of night life! If you’re going for a mad weekend this is the place to stay 😁

I booked a 'Deluxe Studio apartment' for 5 nights, which the pictures showed was a light, airy studio space with wooden slats separating the bedroom, lovely modern wallpaper, nicely designed and inviting. What I got was dark, dingy, poky one-bedroom apartment that was falling apart. The tablecloth in the kitchen area was stained and creased. The window frame was held up in the lounge by three pieces of silver gaffer tape. The bedroom door didn't close as the Frame was coming away from the wall. Oven gloves on the oven were filthy with accumulated food. The divider on the floor between the hallway and bedroom was coming away from the floor and the crack beneath was filled with filth. There was no microwave in the kitchen, and no side light in the bedroom so you had to get out of bed to turn the light off. The building itself is rather beautiful and the interior lobby is breathtaking. The apartment itself though is well below-par. The bedroom window looks out onto the lobby where the light stays on all night. Depending on where you are in the building, you may end up looking onto three major clubs; it's a noise area but right in the heart of the Cavern Quarter which may suit some people. I complained to the desk about the room explaining that it looked NOTHING as advertised and was told that it was in the same class as the pictured apartment but the pictured apartment was sold out. Honestly, the apartment I was given was not suitable in any way. It wasn't a studio, there was nothing deluxe about it, and it didn't match the pictures. I complained to Agoda they cancelled the rest of my stay, but I still had to pay for one night plus a 25% cancellation fee on the rest. I am in the process of taking it to my credit card provider as I took plenty of photos and believe the apartment to be completely mis-sold. I ended up moving to Trueman Court serviced apartments which were truly gorgeous, comfortable and exactly what I expected. Go there instead of to this trash.
