Had trouble accessing hitel as we were by the wrong door. Clearer instructions are needed. Plesantly surprised about the room although a little small.
No clear instructions for address, no reception which we found odd. No one answered or returned phone call when we stood at the wrong door due to poor instructions

Location is great, right off Bold Street, 20min walk to almost anywhere in town.
Room was clean, all little extras were there like mini shampoos, coffee/tea sachets etc.
Room was large, style was pretty modern, bed was comfy.
Nice big TV that rotates out to face bed/chairs.
Shower at 4pm was great and hot from the rainfall style shower - at 9am in the morning however, the best it could do was luke warm. I was expecting this from previous reviews, looks like it struggles when usage is high.
Also as expected from reading reviews, the noise at night is pretty intense. Friday night, from approx 6/7pm to about 2am. Bring ear plugs, but even with those expect to hear the deep bass thuds. (This was room 6). As someone who was not a party goer, I wouldn't book here again if only for this reason.
It'd be nice if they had staff on desk during check in times. You get left feeling like you've booked an Air B'n'B. Code for entrance and room is emailed an hour or so before.
Signage to rooms is pretty confusing as commas are used, not dashes, on the signage. Only room 2, 7? Nope, that's room 2 - 7.
Corridors smelt of smoke trying to be masked by a strong air freshener.
Signs in hotel said check out 10.30am - on booking.com it said 11am.
