Very good, staff very friendly & helpful.

Location very central and easy to reach shopping centre & sights. Very quiet at night - unexpected bonus.

Breakfast very good except for the scrambled eggs. Tasted like they were powdered & artificial.

Friendly and good value hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed in quiet room. Good shower. Very good price (much cheaper than the price quoted when I previously planned to stay at a busier time). Well placed for my needs. 15 minute walk from Lime Street station.

The options for dinner were very limited so I ate out but this wasn't a problem because there was a good choice of restaurants locally.

Rooms are amazing as it’s new and the beds are really comfortable. Tv is great as is the shower and communal areas.

Perfect Hotel for our 3 night stay in Liverpool

Breakfast was good, would have liked fried egg. Location of Hotel was excellent for exploring the sights. Hotel wasn't noisy at night, even though Hotel was central.

Wasn't happy having to pay service charge for drinks in the Restaurant bar. Nice to have a free drink for my Birthday.

Clean, modern and efficient, in an ideal location for visiting the city.

Location is great. Just a short walk from restaurants, shops and tourist attractions, without being noisy. Friendly staff. Modern rooms with USB outlets by the bed and just enough space for a short stay. Breakfast quality is good. There is (non-affiliated) parking close by but it is limited in number of spaces. The room seemed quite well sound-proofed, with only hearing noisemakers if they were right outside the door.

A slight variation in breakfast options would be good, for people staying more than a couple of nights. Poached or fried eggs, as well as scrambled, on rotation, on different days. Mini Danish Pastries would be great too!

Breakfast was a bit chaotic, at one point no bacon sausage or hash browns then when they arrived no cutlery and we had to wait 5 mins as it was in the dishwasher. Easily sorted, ask staff to keep eye on food levels at busy periods and order in more cutlery. I would have given 10/10 was it not for this incident.

I would use this hotel again - particularly if on my own

Breakfast was OK- a little disappointed with scrambled eggs which were a bit bland. Pizza too was a disappointment. I was impressed with the room, the comfortable bed and bedding, and the shower.

We broke a curtain and they were kind enough to fix it for us.
