Would stay here again

Hotel overall was clean, well equipped and staff were friendly. Location was great.

Breakfast was a bit hit and miss - if you didn’t get down early all the pastries were gone.

More than adequate for the price and central location.

Breakfast was basic as there is no restaurant but we knew that and the area was clean and neat. Coffee good as were croissants. Would have liked some juice as an alternative and also some fruit perhaps.

The room was basic. The bed was rather soft for my liking and there were some small things that made it more Premier Inn than Premier such as small bath towels and no tissues in the room.

A very comfortable stay in the heart of an interesting and historic city.

The location was great, the staff was courteous and friendly, and the room was stylish, comfortable, and clean.

The hotel is just a little hard to find. It’s in a pedestrianized street and the closest my taxi could get was a block away. That wouldn’t have been much of a problem, except that Google maps thinks the hotel’s address is about 100 yards away from its actual location.

Fantastic hotel - no complaints!

Fantastic location - right next to shops and bars, everything within walking distance. Super king size beds. Clean room with all toiletries provided. Pastries and coffee at breakfast were a nice touch. Friendly and helpful staff on the Reception desk.

The pillows - although this was a personal preference. My partner found them very comfortable.

Nice location, clean, but air conditioning / heating system and air quality a mess.

Location was nice. Room was clean.

The air conditioning system was not working. The air quality in the room was really bad, like a dust smell. The room temperature was 29 degrees one night and the staff did not help with this until after a shift in staff in the reception . However it took a long time for the room to cool down, even after getting an external fan to help with getting the temperature down.

Best hotel we have stayed in Liverpool yet and we have stayed in quite a few.

The staff were so pleasant and helpful from the moment we entered the hotel. We had arrived early and our bags were stored securely, the room was so spacious and comfortable. The hotel location is fabulous and so convenient for everything in the city centre. Will definately stay here again.

Don’t think twice just book.

The room was super clean and well equipped with a modern feel. I had a funky bath and a shower in my room and both were great. Check in and out were easy and in the morning they had complimentary hot drinks and pastries. The hotel is well sited in the centre and very peaceful given its location. I’d most definitely stay again.

Luxury and good value

Lovely converted building, our room was airy with v high ceilings and huge windows ( like a New York loft apartment). Everything was modern, comfortable and clean. The complimentary coffee and pastries each morning was an unexpected and welcome bonus. Central location for shopping and everything else, yet really quiet.

My sister slipped coming out of the lift. There was a residue that was oily ( the receptionist had seen it & that's what she had quoted. We did ask for discount as my sister hurt her back which left us not doing everything we had said we would. Also she had to go out & buy some painkillers & heat pads. That was our only complaint
