Location, facilities and friendliness of staff.
Fridge hummed at nighttime and bed was a little hard for my personal preference.

Perfect facility. Great location and had everything needed. The washing facilities came in very handy and to have a kitchenette was an added bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful.
