loved the closeness to the city centre and everything we came to do, very convenient, room lovely and staff very friendly, very quiet considering location, plenty of choice for breakfast, nice and close to NCP car park

Freezing hotel in a convenient location.

The property was in a good location close to everything. We had a breakfast included with our room and the breakfast was excellent!

Where to start: the hotel was on a busy road with double yellow lines outside and there was nowhere, not even a lay-bys close by to drop off our suitcases. We checked in late and wasn’t informed which car park to park our car in and therefore we didn’t get the promised reduction on the parking fees. Next, our room was freezing, the air con didn’t work and there was no hot water. On complaining we were moved to a different room which was still freezing but the hot water at least was working. The staff later provided us a space heater for our room and we were able to get comfortable but this was for night 2, after sleeping the first night in our winter coats. We were offered no compensation for this discomfort.

Helpful staff saved the day

Great location, quite a good breakfast

When we arrived our room was freezing cold and the bathroom smelled of sewage. We were moved to another room on the same floor but that was also cold, seems there was a problem with the a/c on the whole floor. Luckily Virginia moved us to the second floor to a much nicer room and also gave us an extra heater! Thanks, Virginia, for all your help!

Great location. Parking behind hotel easy & reasonable with the discount. Breakfast spread was decent.

Slight issue at check in, explained as a IT delivery issue between booking.com and the hotel. Left us waiting, after a long journey, while 'systems' were sorted. The room we were given lacked a standard bath/shower, instead a mediocre wet room.

Clean

Lack of staff around at night. No phone in room in case of emergency. Strange man attempted to get into my room resulted in me staying elsewhere as no staff to report to and was very scary being a female lone traveller. Contacted hotel the next day to ask them to check cctv no one even bothered to call back. Not a safe environment for young females

Room was spacious for an accessible room and had everything that you would need. Would defo stay there again if I was travelling to Liverpool.

Location with secure parking just around the corner. The room was modern, quirky decor and very clean. Comfy, large bed.

Excellent and will return again

Very easy to get to where we wanted to be to explore the city ie docks, pubs and shopping. The hotel was clean and easy to use facilities within with free WiFi and unlimited use of coffee machine in the reception area. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned everyday as well
