Beautiful interior, especially the lobby bar area, with a terrific ambience. All the staff were friendly and gave excellent service, with a special mention for Joshua's fantastic greeting at breakfast every morning. Very polite with a genuine wish to please his guests.
Our room was great for a city centre hotel, good size and amenities, but it would get too hot during the day and the air conditioning would not respond quick enough to cool the room down. If we were not out most of the day, this would have been a serious issue, so it does need to be addressed by the hotel.

Cleaness
Room was very small for the price has to upgrade for an extra 50£ and Wasn’t much bigger and no bath . Also I didn’t get told there was no food getting served from 11.30-12pm and I had work and had to leave the hotel to quickly get food be for I went work . Just inconvenience
