Check in 3pm no adjustment on this - we booked a superior room with breakfast- the room was very tired had 2 free standing heaters to warm the room up. The breakfast was below average- genuinely you get served better at a local cafe! The hash browns were cold over cooked and inedible the orange juice made from concentrate the beans cold had to ask for scrambled eggs- lucky as was the only edible part of the breakfast

Very friendly staff within the hotel and restaurant areas. Room was spotless, with a huge walk in shower. Good selection of food on offer at Breakfast, which was nicely cooked and hot! Would return to this hotel again when visiting Liverpool.

We had multiple issues during our stay here. Rooms were not ready at check in, management were rude and hostile to the staff in the presence of customers and when challenged on this, we were told it was nothing to do with our experience. The staff also harrassed my father who was asleep in his room to demand to speak to me as the lead booker offering no explanation on why he was being contacted. Finally we were contacted whilst enjoying our night out to return to the hotel to settle a 20 pound bill which could have easily been managed in the morning. This was after 10pm. Having spent almost 1000 pounds to stay here with friends the service here was awful. The rooms also had no cold water either at the tap or in the fridge. Avoid at all costs.
