Weekend away.

Clean modern rooms, friendly staff. Facilities seemed ok but didn't use them all.Nice hotel and location is about 15 to 20 minute walk from centre so not too bad. Balloon in room with message, nice touch and free mini bar.

Got sent an offer for an upgraded room as was coming for a special occasion. When i went to take them up on the offer it wasn't available. Appreciate prices would change but they should mention on email was limited offer only otherwise would have taken it straight away. Wasn't a great start.

Amazing Stay

Amazing room with an equally amazing view. Clean facilities and wonderful staff. Carpark is available in NCP car park with discount. Overall great experience. Would love to stay there again if visiting Liverpool.

Perfect night away

From start to finish, our stay was exceptional. Easy check in in a beautiful reception. Room was spotless and lots of little touches like complimentary drinks. We went for a drink in the Sky Bar which gave stunning views across Liverpool. The bed and bedding were really comforatable. Slept so well.. We are already planning our trip back to Liverpool and will be coming back to this hotel (If they'll have us :) )

When I booked gino restaurant I wasn’t told that there are 2 restaurants the sky bar which is tapas and the full restaurant on the ground floor. Luckily the restaurant staff let me book drinks in the sky bar then rescheduled the meal in the full restaurant.

The property was modern clean comfortable and fresh. Staff were friendly and food was excellent.

Maybe food prices were a little bit expensive. A chocolate ice cream was £9 and that was for my son. Maybe a kids menu would be a welcome addition .

It was lovely experience ,really enjoyed our stay in this hotel

We stayed in this hotel 10 th October for 3 nights it was a fabulous hotel would definitely go back.The staff were very friendly and helpful,the room was spotless cleaned every day very modern, breakfast was excellent everything you could imagine was available and if it wasn’t you just had to ask for it and there was no problem getting it!. Local was brilliant centre to everything.couldn’t fault it fabulous experience.

Modern hotel, bright room, very comfortable. Nice restaurant downstairs and a good location to walk into town or onto the docks, even if a little out of centre (we preferred this). Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Floor needed a mop in our room and the walls could do with a touch up. Townhouse could also do with a microwave. We had a great stay overall though.

INNSIDE – Great place to stay. Booking a high floor for the view is worth it.

Great staff and facilities generally. Breakfast is lovely, and the restaurant is an exceptional space. Solid wifi, and modern and comfortable rooms.

The restaurant is overkill for lunch. I would love is this was more corporate-friendly, rather than skewed toward upscale dining. The food is wondering – incredible – but I would prefer a bit more of a casual place to work from during the day.

Brilliant Stay!

I booked this for my partners birthday weekend away and it exceeded our expectations. I have been a member of Melia for almost a decade and I have never been disappointed. Complimentary room upgrade to a studio (although, this didn't have any form of kitchenette apart from a fridge, kettle and espresso machine) the complimentary birthday gift, robes, slippers and alcoholic beverages were a wonderful touch, although the drinks were not refilled during our stay. The views from our room were incredible too. We dined in the Gino restaurant both evenings and the food was incredible, however service was a little slow on the first night and the second night, a side of potatoes was forgotten. All food was available within the price as a room service option too. The Sky Bar was a lovely option which we did visit, however waited a long time to be served so didn't decide to stay. The views across the city were amazing. We will definitely be returning when we next visit Liverpool, thank you for a great stay!

Definitely be back again

Beautiful hotel in a nice location. The room was nice and clean. We checked in online and it made it easier when we got there. Parking is a short stroll away and is only £10 a night. We've stayed here before and that's why we came back again as we love it here.

The air conditioning didn't work in the room. But the staff at reception moved us to another room without hesitation. Thanks to the girls at reception for doing that.
