A nice friendly hotel fitting of the Hilton name.

The reception area and dining area were bright open and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and suitably cleaned.

The lifts seemed a little confusing to use and at the dining area, maybe another waffle maker could be brought out when necessary.

No heat (winter) and bad shower design.

Location in town was good. Across from Albert dock. Room had view of docks and lights. Breakfast each morning was included. Gym wasn’t crowded and decent lift situation.

1-no heat. The room was freezing and the heat was not functional. It only made noise. Front desk essentially said not their problem. Here is a cheap space heater. They did bring me a blanket. 2- the most ridiculous shower setup. Literally no door or curtain. Water goes everywhere.

Great location, brilliant breakfast options.

Breakfast options were great. Hotel was perfectly located in city centre. Parking - good. Shame they didn’t have per hour parking so I’d be able to stay longer than 24 hrs. Couldn’t justify another £20 for just 3 more hours.

The sofa bed for children was really uncomfortable / springy / lots of sharp edges banging knees on trying to get round the room. The main bed was comfortable but wouldn’t rate the kids / extra option,,

Dirty pillow although pillow case clean. Mattress not quite as comfortable as others. Breakfast was crazy busy and despite excellent efforts of kindly staff, became long winded.

It was a good stay for what we wanted

Staff were very good and nothing was to much trouble. Location was great to get to Shopping and Albert docks and Liverpool One bus station.

Lifts were too small thus had to wait for a time to get to our room on the fourth floor. View outside our window had scaffolding all around new build.

Staff were all friendly and good to have some (expensive) parking on site in a well located hotel handy for the centre and the docks

See photos - £200 pn for dock view with booking.com photos showing great floor to ceiling windows - totally false as only east view was of building across the street. Room not properly cleaned before or during stay - see dust on handset by bed - we both struggled to sleep with coughing from dust in room. I’m 6 foot and washbasin was quite hard to use so smaller people might really struggle Lifts - close too quickly so saw several people including ourselves get caught in the doors! Breakfasts - not a fan of buffets and this is good example of why - food and drink stations not kept operational- seating was in bar one morning and almost on the street another!

Great location - able to walk to local amenities such as pubs and restaurants.

Scrambled egg at breakfast was mediocre. Would be great to have something exciting for vegetarians. We were only there for one night, from check-in to check-out, so £20 for parkung felt a bit painful, but that said, the oarkung was secure, underground and well illuminated.

I have stayed at the hotel previously and last time there seemed to be more selection.

Everything was ok the staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough. The furniture needs updating and looks a little tired. Had to call reception has no towels where provided in the room.
