    Our stay was pleasant and staff were helpful , the room decor and facilities were exceptional. Would recommend to anyone to stay there .

    An exceptionally good value for money place to stay close to the centre of Liverpool, beautiful bathroom and seperate free standing bath, a huge room with 2 double beds and a made to order breakfast.Would definitely go back

    Good sized rooms, clean. Good location Staff helpful Although calling the 24hr phone line - no one answered WhatsApp number was best to use No remote in room but was solved promptly

    I stayed in #17 and the overall quality was good. I slept well but bath wasn’t clean and in need of re-grouting . Could have done with a fan and tv didn’t work properly. But staff were nice and breakfast super tasty
