    A bit dated and cliche but that aside a very clean hotel, conveniently located and with good staff. No bedside USB charger points. No A/C but fans are powerful. Breakfast looked a busy affair. I think they cater to coach parties. Close to Lime Street station. A step up from some of the so called ‘premium’ hotels/middens in the city..

    The location was spot on for its proximity to Lime St(5 min easy walk), Bars, Restaurants, shops, theatres all within a couple of hundred metres walk.. The rooms are very comfy. The drinks and food options are reasonably priced but we had breakfast included, which was plentiful and varied, especially if you are a full English type of person. I have stayed here previously and have marked down the value for money because I felt that it had been inflated for this event and as such was quite expensive for Liverpool. Ordinarily this Hotel is good value for money. My only complaint was that in this recent heat wave. the bedroom was very hot and there was no air con with winter duvets on the beds, which we removed of course and just used the covers. A fridge was in the room. Dining and reception areas are all air conned. Otherwise no complaints and would be happy to stay again.

    In a good, central location. We stayed in a cabin deluxe room for 2 nights. Very comfortable and clean. Fridge restocked daily with complimentary water and snacks. Would stay here again.

    Creaky floorboards radiator wasn't working so they couldn't bleed it and sent a plug in radiator , it was freezing!
