Last minute booking for family of 4. Great location near the train station and within walking distance of all major attractions. Large free car park. Had a family cabin which was great, like two adjoining rooms but with 1 bathroom so plenty of room. Lovely buffet breakfast.

Fantastic hotel only 2 mins walk from the train station , amenities are really good restaurants for breakfast and also castaway pub grub and 2for 1 offer on drinks good service from all staff

Great location by Lime St Station Station. Bit of a hill up to hotel. Go to Ma Egerton's pub for scouse! Do the bus tour which has a stop at the station.

The room lighting was poor, relying entirely on three lamps, with the bathroom being the brightest area. The carpet appeared unclean and not properly vacuumed, which affected the overall impression of the room. There was also a significant delay with hot water, making basic use inconvenient. Breakfast quality was disappointing, with a noticeable reliance on frozen items rather than fresh options. One thing to be aware of is that there is no complimentary water provided in standard rooms, only via vending machines, so expect additional costs unless you have booked a higher tier stay. Service was inconsistent. The staff at check in were warm and welcoming, but the night staff lacked the same level of professionalism and approachability. The location is convenient, approximately a three minute walk from Liverpool Lime Street Station, but that proximity comes with constant noise both during the day and at night, which may affect sleep quality.
