    It is indeed a budget friendly accomodation and its location is near to Liverpool One and other shops which makes it really a good choice if you are looking for a hostel which has close proximity to the city center. The staff are also accomodating. The only thing that bothers me is the hostel's policy of asking for your credit card details so that they can charge using your credit card if in case something is broken in the unit. I guess a better way of doing it is to check the room first upon the guest's check-out and charge them right there and then if there is something which they have broken. I think this is a concern for not just for me but for everyone.

    It was as expected. Despite being in a 10 person dorm, everyone was really quiet and respectable and I got a great night sleep. The sheets and bedding are comfortable and the bathroom facilities clean.

    The day before they told me about an error in the room reservation and they change me from a standard room to a 10 person room and gave me app money as a sorry. Very bad and so angry about it
