Easy check in with friendly, helpful staff as always. Free upgrade as well to a Townhouse which was very nice. Only drawback was it was a very sunny day so room was quite hot even with the aircon on max. I always try and stay at this hotel when in Liverpool. Has a great rooftop bar as well.

It is a very good hotel and we were upgrade to suite from a river view room. Although the suite did not have a river view but it is very spacious. It is clean and looks quite new. The only drawback is the location which is further away from the city centre around 15-20 minutes walk. Shame that it does not include breakfast. Other than that we are very satisfied with the hotel.

Great three days in the hotel. We were greeted at reception by very friendly staff. Room was spacious, clean and the bed was large and comfortable. We had a great view overlooking the docks. It was lovely to have a fridge with complimentary non- alcoholic drinks included. We will definitely come back.

Best check-in ever. I think the lady’s name was Soraiya. She was welcoming, informative and offered help without it being asked for. Room was basic, but enough. Appreciated the free soft drinks from the mini bar.

Had to leave early hours of the morning after staying only 5 hours. Room temperature was to uncomfortable to remain. No air conditioning unit working. No alternatives like a fan offered.

The room was very nice and clean the check in was alright, however I got this room on one of the hottest days in Liverpool based on the fact that they have AC as it clearly states on the Expedia app, so when I got in the room was boiling so I put on the ac and left the room to go to the restaurant then the bar by the time I got back the room was still the same temperature, I called the reception to let them know but they guy on the other side just plainly said, nothing I can do it’s too late and I can’t change rooms right now, so I could not sleep at all based on how hot the room was I woke up in the middle of the night multiple times drenched in sweat and I got breakfast included too, £15 per person and there was almost no options at all for the breakfast,

We had an amazing stay and nothing was too much for the staff, they were so helpful, lovely and polite. We couldn’t have asked for more for our pre and post wedding stay 🙂 the best bit, they allow dogs! Not only do they allow dogs but they provided beds, food and toys. On top of all this, we never mentioned our wedding yet on return from the ceremony there was a gift of chocolates, champagne and a balloon 😍 literally THE best hotel experience ever and on such a special occasion we couldn’t have asked for more x
