I have stayed at this property previously and like previously, overall all the stay was fine. However, on the occasion, upon check-in I found the guy doing the checkin to be very unwelcoming.

The room was perfect with complimentary drinks. The breakfast was disappointing, the ash browns were stone cold and the only option for eggs was scrambled and there was no tomatoes or black pudding. The staff in general were lovely apart from one member of staff in the sky bar who made us feel unwelcome on arrival because we hadn’t made a booking, bearing in mind that the sky bar was empty with only a few other customers. We would still return because we did enjoy our stay.

Desk staff absolutely spot on, easy check in, room was spot on, definitely worth extra money for the river view watching sunset over wales and the ferry’s leaving. Hotel is 10/10 nicest place in Liverpool I’ve ever stayed by far. Ginos restaurant an ginos sky bar however, not good at all, but this is seperate from the hotel

I’ve reviewed this hotel before, I’ve stayed here multiple times and as someone who’s been travelling to Liverpool maybe 20 times a year for the last 30 years, I can tell you hands down this is the best hotel in Liverpool.

I would not return due to the noise from the Air conditioning unit. A constant humming noise in room 515 meant a poor quality of sleep. The response from receptionist gave the impression it is something they are aware of and it’s acceptable.
