Nice clean room. Parking worked out ok, just up the road. The bathroom is small but adequate. The view of the Mersey and the Liver building was nice.
The staff were helpful however when I called to ask about parking, they could have been more specific with the location of the car park. It might also have been helpful to have been informed there would be road closures the following morning due to the Santa Dash taking place.

The room was clean the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was reasonably priced and near all the attractions and restaurants with shopping close by. I would recommend this hotel to my friends
