Unbelievable value for money. Staff all professional, lovely modern rooms- RECOMMEND, RECOMMEND, RECOMMEND. A little Tesco, pubs, Liverpool docks, strip of food places etc all stone throw away

Could be improved.

There was no facilities only a vending machine which was empty. Large restaurant on first floor but non functioning. The lamps above the beds were low and right above head which meant you banged your head if your a high sleeper,with sockets at bed level behind pillows. Single bed was angled across bathroom doorway. No main lights. Shower dripped all night.

Move extra bed from bathroom doorway, add extra lighting. Open restaurant fir breakfast. Fix shower and move lights higher above bed.

Good Hotel just not great.

Location was fantastic, room was clean and spacious. Met basic needs.

Booked a king-size room, bed was tiny and the mattress was smaller than the bed base, impossible for a couple to sleep comfortably on. Was given 2 bath towels but no hand towel for the bathroom. Staff were at the front desk 24/7 but very young and uninterested in being there, not very professional. Luggage storage was an option however no tags were placed on any bags which concerned me regarding possible theft.

Just okay.

I liked the location walking distance to everything. The bed was comfortable ,there was a kettle to make tea/coffee. Towels nice and white.

The room was very cold when we checked in but the reception staff turned it on for us..The sheets were starchy..On morning of check out I had asked for a wake up call but it never came..just as well we set alarm on phone. I could hear people in the hallway coming and going and they were very noisy didn't get a lot of sleep the 3 nights we spent there..I wouldn't stay on my own because I wouldn't feel safe. I wouldn't stay there again.

Very good, comfortable stay..bed gave a great nights sleep. Room was spacious and clean. Hotel is in very central location near St James Station and the Albert Dock..😎👌

The TV has seen its day. We couldn't switch on the heating when we came in at night, and the room was cold. There are no hand towels or mat when coming out of the shower.. Our room was ready at 12 noon, but still charged us £20 for early check-in, just to leave our bags

The staff were friendly & helpful. As a solo female traveller I felt safer knowing someone was on reception 24 hours a day. Being able to leave luggage at the property prior to check in was really useful & it was put in a locked store cupboard as well so felt comfortable leaving my stuff for a few hours. I also liked that there were full size shampoo, conditioner & shower gel available, as many hotels don't & there's never enough shampoo for long hair!!

Overall it was clean. However there were a couple of old stains (juice or something) on the sheets & the towels/ general decor was a little tired, but they were clean. Room service was advertised everywhere but unavailable, which didn't effect my stay as I had no plans to have room service, but if other guests did then they would be disappointed, so I would suggest removing the posters etc!

A lovely warm room on a cold windy October weekend.

Very clean and warm, a lovely simple room, the disabled shower room was great.

Noise from the lift. A disabled room shouldn’t really be on the 5th floor because if the lift breaks what happens then.

Stayed at the Heeton while traveling over to watch the football so only used the room to sleep in. The room was clean, spacious with all the facilities you would require. The bed was comfortable and we slept really well. Prime location for the town centre, Albert Docks and bars. Perfect for what we needed. Highly recommend
