Small and noisy room with comfortable bed

The room was clean and the hotel is at a very good location.

The window couldn't be closed properly, it opened to an inner "courtyard" which was super loud. There was no hand towel and no kettle in the room.

A used condom was left in our safe, lift only worked once to our floor so wouldn’t say it’s overly ideal for a family and tin foil in our room?

really nice out the way hotel, clean would stay again

lots of room bed comfy lots of mirrors which were needed clean

freezing cold at night, blew hot heat out of the air con but didn’t warm up the room unfortunately

Not a great hotel other than location

Location was very handy, close by to many restaurants and bars. It does have a negative of people outside on the street singing until all hours and windows are single glazed.

Rooms very basic and the standard of cleaning I would consider to be low. Shower was blocked and slow draining, A/C didn't work for the duration of the stay so room was cold.

Hotel is overall in a pretty bad condition but the lowest price in Liverpool.

Pretty dirty room the floor was sticky etc., bathroom drains were all clogged, A/C filters have never been cleaned, lights flickering, also check out at 10 is a bit early. All of this of course is reflected in the price which is the cheapest in the city as far as I saw, but still the sink should be useable and the AC could be working properly and the floor could be cleaned as the room is literally 10sqm. This is about room 218 in case the staff want to fix the issues.

Rooms were dirty - door handle for room was broken the handle came off - sink was broken water wouldn’t go down , window wouldn’t open or close got moved to a new room and paraphernalia was in new room

Amazing staff and location but the see through bathroom door left us confused

The staff were incredible from the moment we got there. Very smily and welcoming. I asked for some help with extra pillows and how to work the heating and they couldn't have done more to help. Even brought up a heater for us.

The bathroom door was see-through with frosted glass. It felt very awkward to use the loo with my mate able to see into the bathroom. A shame because the bathroom itself was lovely and clean .

Basic but good value

Wanted a cheap, basic, clean, good value hotel for just one night in a central location. Perfectly clean, staff very helpful.

I do think no matter how basic a hotel is that there should at least.be a kettle and tea/coffee etc in the room. The room was noisy after 5am but that wasn't the hotel's fault. Just people being noisy and inconsiderate walking past.

We paid £45 for one night, and although the room was spotless clean we wouldn’t stay again.

The hotel is in a great location, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable.

We only had 1 pillow each! This caused terrible neck pain when I woke. No kettle and hospitality set in the room like most hotels do, I like to be able to have a drink first thing. You can get a drink from reception area. We didn’t have our air con/ heater on but could hear outside the window, others that were in use all night which woke us on and off

Perfect for a short break or if you're staying for a night out in town.

Lovely staff and a very spacious room and comfortable bed. Location was right in town which made it a little noisy from the bars but nothing that caused too much of an impact, I still had a good sleep!

No parking available however, I did find somewhere good close by. Noise wise, I stayed on a Tuesday night so can imagine it being a lot more noisy on a weekend. Wouldn't be an issue at all if this is somewhere you're looking to stay for a night out though!

Good option for a no-frills budget stay

Good value for money, convenient location. The room was neat and sufficiently spacious. Was nice to have a hairdryer in the room, rather than on request

The room door did not open with the card provided - had to go back to reception (which is quite a trek; it’s a bit of a confusing layout) to get a physical key

The location was perfect. Very central yet despite that the hotel was very quiet. The hotel was also very clean & the bed was comfortable also. The bathroom had a power shower & I would definitely recomend to others.

the room smelt strongly of subway, floor sticky, air conditioning not working, stuffy, the polish receptionist guy was very dry and unhelpful. but location is great, with small improvements like making sure air conditioning works, fresh air, not smelly room and sticky floor, and more helpful and staff who care about what they do this could be a great place to stay.

Great value for money

I thought this hotel was great for the price, its in a really good location and was spotlessly clean, the staff were all really friendly and helpful.

There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room which was a shame and one of the windows did not have a net curtain, because the room looked out directly on to offices it really needs to have a net curtain too (it had a real curtain only) , BUT given I had booked a room without a window I feel a bit rude complaining!
