Supper comfortable bed, Ellie on recption was so welcoming, helpful and super frirndly, as the first point of contact Ellie was great.
The bathroom door didnt have a lock and didnt close properly, we felt exposed when using the bathroom or having a shower. I asked the young man at the reception area, if all the rooms had the same bathroom doors, his answer, "not too sure".

It is great and close to everything. It is centrally located and just great. In fact, I am returning tomorrow to stay for one week
All is good. A bit of a maze to find the rooms, but entertaining, and I kept laughing at first when looking for the location of my room number.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was small but what I expected. Bed was comfortable and room was warm. Shower water was warm. Good location for catching the 500 bus to airport.
Tea and coffee facilities in room would have been nice but not a huge issue

Only the shower
TV to small and far away from the bed. No bed table light. Bed not consi. In 3 days nobody came to clean the room or change towels or put extra toilet paper. Couldn’t lock properly the door in the inside of the room. Lucking in security. Room save wasn’t working. The corridor was extremely noisy. A maze to reach to my room, 2 lifts, sets of small steps, uneven floor. We said morning twice to a cleaning lady, she just stared back with no reply 🤷♂️.
