Location. View from room.
Dated property. Staff and customer service was just ok. Prices were increased for a concert in the city. I met people staying in the hotel who had paid less than half of what I paid.

Rooms need updating Would lke 2 chairs in double room instead of 1 More attention to room cleaning A bit dusty!!!!

Location was ok and the view of the Liver building was excellent
Fire alarm going off at 1am Tv didn’t work and needed to get help with it as it wasn’t plugged into the wall(couldn’t access plug) remote was wrong too. Bathroom was too small
