Unfriendly staff , basic cold room , tv didn’t work , not even a plug for the sink , not worth the £130.00 a night - I’ve stayed in better hostels

Unfriendly demand to pay for their Christmas office party fund under the pretence of tax (charges and other jazz should be in one charge for room). Missing second glazing unit (only one in place defeating the purpose), Dirty unclean shower head and lots of areas not given attention. Tile grout dirty. Broken tap in the bathroom. No kettle in room and charged for hot drinks in reception. Broken over bed light. Common areas lacking maintenance. Noisy residents 24/7 shouting on phones and to people going corridors (no reminders on wall to keep noise quiet. No night silencing of lift beeper. The nice part is the location, the retained period ceiling height and other period features.

The room was in good condition, the amenities were in good condition. My only feedback is about your Hotel website, which was down when I tried to pay for the room, after a few failed attempts to pay for the room, I decided to personally go to the hotel and pay the amount it was asking in the website. Unfortunately the person behind the desk, was not helpful and did not show any interest in helping me book the accommodation or look at trying to help with the website issue. The only response I received multiple times from the desk person was to leave the premises, go my own way and try to book the room through a third party website. In my opinion not the customer service experience I was expecting, especially mentioning that your website was not working correctly.

This is a budget hotel in a great location - close enough to walk to the Albert docks and conference centre. Room was basic but very clean. Staff were welcoming.

Easy check in- staff great from when we arrived. Room perfect for a night stay with my wife where we were around all bars, restaurants & shopping centre. Parking discount provided by hotek when you leave. Make sure you park at the Ncp vernon st, only 10 mins walk to hotel.

Good for a spontaneous one night solo stay. However, if staying for longer, my room was very basic - a couple of broken lights that made the room like a disco(!), the toilet roll was awfully thin & not really any storage space within rooms. The location of the hotel is amazing, SO central - just minutes away from the Cavern Quarter & an easy walk to both the docks & shopping area. Only downside to this, is there is a lively bar a few doors away that can be heard from the room if you’re on the front of the hotel like I was… so may impact on sleep The car park was a short walk away, which after research I was expecting & the discount you’re given makes it £10.95 for 24 hours parking (rather than £25). As I drove, I could keep my bags in the car on my day of departure but I believe it would cost around £2 should you wish to store luggage for the day. All in all, it did the job I needed it to. Would stay again if only having a fleeting visit

The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in was smooth and quick, and I appreciated how efficient the whole process was. The room itself was modern, spotless, and surprisingly spacious for the price. The bed was very comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. I also loved the little touches like strong Wi-Fi, great soundproofing, and climate control, which made the stay even more comfortable. For the price point, this hotel is unbeatable. It feels stylish and high-quality without being over the top, making it perfect whether you’re visiting Liverpool for business, leisure, or a quick city break. I would highly recommend Tune Hotel Liverpool to anyone looking for great value, comfort, and a prime location. I’ll definitely be staying again on my next trip.

My stay in tune hotel was just superb! Easily accessible to different amenities around,it's location is in the city centre. Transport is so accessible. The rooms are very spacious and clean! The staff members are so friendly and lovely. We had to add an extra day. I highly recommend tune hotel to anyone interested. Thank you so much.

Awesome location right on Castle street, everything is walkable from this Hotel. The rooms are well appointed, big, AC, comfy beds and we were lucky enough to have one of the most incredible views! Stayed for a 24 hour trip, should have stayed longer so much to do, see and enjoy :D

The bedside lights flashed like they were part of a rave, and showering required one elbow or hip keeping the shower door closed, which wasn't ideal for washing or keeping water in. I was told to park in the wrong place, ended up paying 3x the price for parking. Rooms are clean, bathroom could be cleaner. Mold on the shower head. No hot water on the last day. Good location, but they don’t tell you about the “tourist tax” - which is nonsense!

I really enjoyed this gem of a hotel near Liverpool Town Hall. It’s set in a beautifully preserved historic building with stylish, modern interiors. The bed was comfortable and spotless, and the views from the room were stunning. I’d definitely stay here again!

On arrival there was rubbish left on the windowsill whcih looked like drink csrrier. There was hair on rhe floors, on the bed and on the towel. The towel was ripped and well overused. I get its a 3 stat but still you expect normal basic cleanliness. Plus inwore white socks which agter walking along the floor last night, theyre now a shade of brown.

Staff were lovely and the room itself was nice enough, however the windows are single pane and one wasn’t even able to fully close. There were constant seagulls screaming/fighting on the window ledge all night and due to it being single pane glass they might as well have been in the bedroom with me. To upgrade the windows to double glazing will make an enormous difference to the experience in the room, as I know nothing can be done about the birds/outside noise. Also, an added tea station in the rooms would be a lovely bonus.
