    Staff excellent from check in and bag storage and the staff who service your room etc only 1 towel in the room but got it sorted very quickly bed is a double and very low to the floor but comfy no tea or coffee in room but a machine at reception as all easy hotels I have been in ,but for the price right in the City centre absolute bargain well done easy hotels and thank you

    I rented a room without windows. Frankly, I hadn't expected to be staying in a cave. It was the smallest room in the world. At the same time, there was incredible noise inside the room; I couldn't sleep all night. I offered to pay extra to move to a decent room, but they claimed the hotel was fully booked. However, when I tried to make a new reservation, the system indicated that there were available rooms. I would never choose this place again.

    Stayed here for 2 nights. Location is excellent. Room is very small, had to turn sideways to get into bed which also was small for 2 Adults. Bathroom was ok. I paid for a window but had to keep curtains closed as there were offices across and they could see right into our room. I won’t be booking this hotel again. Not suitable for me. Maybe a backpacker for one night.

    I’m a frequent stayer. This room did not offer value for money. Noisy room (next to elevator), shower cold, TV did not work, heating did not work.
