Room was clean, and staff were fantastic , bed not very comfortable, unfortunately the walls are extremely thin, one set of neighbours were arguing in the early hours, the other side, let’s say they actives left nothing to the imagination, which whilst that’s not the fault of the hotel, a warning of lack of sound proofing would be appreciated.

Location is really good but the show is very tiny. Also, no chair in room,and no bedside table. This made the place uncomfortable.

Is this even a hotel? More like a motel or a love hotel. It's barebones to say the least, there's no room for a piece of luggage, barely anything to wash yourself. Also in the weekends there is a club very close blasting music until 2 am. The concierges were nice enough and the place is clean but that's as far as you get.

Despite reading several reviews about the poor quality of bed mattresses, I took a chance. Bad choice. Uneven springs. Smell from bathroom permiated the room. This is a budget hotel - remember that. However the cost was still over $100 per night. Great location - walking distance from most Beatles sites and great museums.

Central location, top floor room had okay view, comfortable bed, A/C wasn't powerful, but a couple hours was fine. Really it was an experience of an EasyHotel that made me book, and if it's cheap sure, but if I had another competitor at the same price I would easy go to them. The bathroom door is one of those stupid glass ones with a hole to grab. If you're on your own, absolutely fine, but even with another person it's a bit awkward to say the least! What is the point I have no idea .

The only thing i wasnt really keen on is the size of the room. lt was on point of being very cramped, with not a lot of room to move about, especially if you're on the larger size of life...Otherwise it was clean, comfy, convenient and reasonably priced for the city. Stayed for two nights, the room was ideal for what I needed, clean and efficient, the staff were polite. My only problem was the bed, after sleeping on what I can only describe as a block of concrete for 2 nights, my back has seized up and I am in agony with it. I mentioned it to the staff at checkout and they said they will mention it to the management. If I ever stay here again I will be hanging upside down in the shower to sleep

This hotel does exactly what it says on the tin. It served it purpose. The location is the best part. Literally, few minutes walk from Matthew Street. And about 5-10 minutes from Albert Dock. Hotel check in was quick and easy. The rooms are a little on the small side. But, I wasn't massively bothered by that. The only downside is the beds. A little on the hard side for my liking. And only one pillow, per person. Other than that, a very good stay at Easy Hotel.

Lovely stay for a night in Liverpool. Small room but everything you need and a reasonable price. Staff was always available and very helpful with storing bags, etc. stayed in a Sunday night and was quiet and no issues, could see it being louder on Friday/Saturday potentially. Would happily stay here again.

Hotel and room very basic but was only for a night and suited my requirements, as just a resting place before bringing our son home from uni the following day. I did miss that there was hot drinks available in the reception, as there was no facilities in the room, but as said it was very reasonably priced and suited me. Would have liked at least a glass to have some water, but apart from that it was a nice clean room, as was the bathroom. The air con was also good but did turn itself off after a while, so I did wake up in the room in the night and need to reboot it as was a warm night.

When booking this we knew it was going to be a basic hotel and we were totally fine with that. 3 people 2 rooms 9 nights. Only $1500 AUD. Amazing price…. We only ever use the hotel to sleep when in Liverpool UK But there is no place to put anything, no side tables, no bench, in the bathroom everything needs to go on the floor and the beds OMG - the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on. Hard, thin and low. - maybe okay for one night if you’re drunk. We changed hotels after one night, travel lodge Edge Lane - outstanding. Thank you !!! I don’t even care about paying more money we just needed to get out of there! Easy hotel clean but cheep amd very uncomfortable.

The structure of the building is amazing. My room was in the middle part of the building and I didn't hear the street below at all even though the hotel is right in between a street filled with restaurants and stores and I didn't hear. It was very silent and since there were no windows in the room, it was very easy to sleep in that room. The reception staff was very professional, kind and helpful. I'd personally give this place a 4.8 out of 5 because the hand soap dispenser barely had any soap in it when I checked in and I noticed that the corners of the room weren't properly sweeped because there was lint and dust and there was hair on the night stand so the room wasn't thoroughly cleaned. I was very impressed with the receptionist staff, as soon as I addressed the issue with the soap dispenser, they took care of it very quickly. Also, I recommend asking the hotel staff for a room that isn't right next to the staircase. I was in the room right in the middle so it was nice that my room only shared a wall with the person behind me but since one side of my room was literally right next to the staircase I could hear people coming and going through the stairs and the elevator. I was very exhausted and I had really good ear plugs so it didn't bother me that much but keep that mind. The bathroom and the room was very modern so they were very nice! Thank you guys for the very good stay!
