Ok for a short break

Great location for exploring the city. Nice bar attached

Room had a constant damp smell, mould growth on the window area. No fridge in room or no venting machines in common areas.

Good stay

Perfect location between the docks and the city centre. Good heater/air conditioning. Helpful, friendly staff. Good breakfast. Close to Qpark for parking.

Small room with no view. Noisy (broken?) loo which trickled water for a long time after flushing. No streaming options on the TV.

Excellent hotel in a great location across the road from James Street Train Station.

Breakfast was excellent. My husband really enjoyed the full English breakfast which was cooked to order. I had the cereal, toast, yogurt, croissant - again excellent. We could help ourselves to coffee.

We were a bit cold in bed but it was our fault as the air conditioning was on 16 degrees which wasn't warm enough. We didn't look at it before going out and so it was a cold night for us. By the time we realised, it was too late to report it to staff and we couldn't work the controls ourselves. Also it was very noisy through the night so ended up turning it off altogether.

Very comfortable, clean, great location. But not worth the money

Our room was very clean upon arrival, and had a very comfortable bed. The staff were friendly, and it’s in a great location, with liverpool one a 2 minute walk away, albert docks less than a 15 minute walk, and opposite James street station.

Quite exspensive for a small room. The description does say it would come with a seating area, we got one chair by the desk. The food we ordered from room service which was the breakfast, i got the french toast, and my partner got the full english breakfast, wasn’t worth the money and the food was quite meh. Although there were some good aspects in whole not worth the money, but i suppose your paying for the fact its in the city centre.

Location and room nice but we did have prob with leaky aircon unit but management gave us compensation for this. Room needed better ventilation

Good staff - Room compact and Tidy

Very noisy extractor fan in room but should be addressed to make it a perfect room. Breakfast service was ill conceived - had to pay for a Yoghurt - never done this before. If a large group stayed here breakfast would be a major pain in the A***.

Excellent hotel and would definitely stay there again

Hotel was in the perfect location for seeing the sights of Liverpool. The room was spotlessly clean and made up every day. Plenty of tea and coffee in the room. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of choice. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The bedroom would benefit from the addition of a small comfy chair for when you are spending some time in the room between events or when not sleeping

The hotel was in the perfect location in central Liverpool, easy access to everything. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom big and modern with amazing water pressure. Everything was great and would definitely consider staying there again when in Liverpool.

The AC was difficult to work with so the room would get really hot and stuffy. Really wish it was possible to crack open the window in the room for fresh air.

Excellent stay and great value for money

Enjoyed another great stay at this hotel. Greeted by friendly welcoming staff. Excellent location just a 2 min walk from the Albert Docks and main attractions. Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. The bar and breakfast room was very nice. Breakfast was excellent value for money. I’m looking forward to staying here again in the near future.
