It was adequate, one night is about max to stay.

Clean and good location

No one there on first arrival pressed the intercom but noone came or it didn't work. Tried yo call someone that don't work, luckily staff member was passing and gained entry. He was apologetic but it was not a good start. The other thing was that there was no shower gel in the container in the shower, luckily I had a mini bottle from elsewhere I could use.

It was ok but I would think twice before booking again

I have stayed here before and found it basic but clean

On this visit we were given an awful room which had wallpaper that not only was dated but looked dirty in places .. we found it hard to get the shower to get to a good temperature and one of the windows was broken .. the bed was fine though with clean sheets and then we found that the volume on the tv wasn’t working .. I visited reception in my pyjamas late at night and we ended up being moved to another room .. which wasn’t the best having to pack up and move .. the new room was much better though

Good option for short well located stay

Good location, clean, well priced, small basic but perfect to just rest your head.

It’s a small room and first option is windowless! There was a little confusion about the parking, instructions need to be very specific, as the parking lot next door to NCP Moorfields advertises 10 pound fees but doesn’t apply to Easy hotel

Freezing.poor

City centre.

No parking. Room was freezing all night. Slept in my tracksuit jumper hat and jacket. Couldn’t sit straight on toilet very crammed. Massive clicking noises through the walls when someone next door used shower.

I liked its location and everything except next time I’d ask to get a channel on tv but I’m not complaining as I didn’t bother to ask. Only other thing I’d mention is heating could have been slightly higher but again I was that pleased with everything else and the staff getting me into room with socket near mirror and I was loaned the same design and make hair dryer I use at home . I definitely look forward to staying there again or if I go somewhere else I will check If they’ve got an hotel there.. The water was hot so all the major things for me couldn’t be better. It’s perfect facilities for me . Many thanks to all the Staff .

The toilets in other rooms run through pipes in our room so all we heard was running water through the night. It also caused the toilet to smell. Was expensive for what you got.

Staff are fantastic and really helpful. Especially the night staff.

Very expensive for the facilities that you get no matter how good the location is. Also a hole in the door to open it exactly in line where the toilet is which may be awkward sharing a room with someone

Waste of time and money bathroom almost in the bedroom

Room tiny 1 towel no hairdryer reception on 2nd floor having to ask for extra pillows towels and having to put a credit card behind the till even though the bill was already paid.

Despite having a good location, theres a need for the facility to have a facelift .

The location was good but never had breakfast. The room was too tiny and did not have a wardrobe, talk of even a table to put my staff on. The lighting in the room was equally poor.

Easy to find, great location (walking distance from shopping centre and underground and main train station stops), great staff

I struggled with the hot water machine being in the reception, nothing the staff can do to change that and I totally get it. I’m just far too anxious to come down and get water for a pot noodle or a cup of tea. Maybe next time though.

Excellent stay despite vandalism!

Location excellent! Hotel staff I interacted with were attentive and friendly, great value for money and convenience!

Unfortunately the room was slightly on the small side and if you have a city view be prepared for loud music blaring until 1/2am. Another note is that during the stay the hotel was vandalised by unknown individuals who gained access to the hotel via the open keyless entrance, spray paint and purple paint splattered within the stairwell and lift but the hotel staff were on it and was on major cleanup during my stay - this is of course not the hotels fault and they did everything to not cause any inconvenience to guests but should otherwise be noted, was certainly a first for any hotel I’ve stayed in!

Great location but the facilities and cleanliness let it down massively.

Location was ideal & the room was modern with plenty of plug sockets and mirrors.

There was no window to open which felt very chlostrophobic. The ceiling was leaking and dripping onto the headboard when it rained which caused mould. There was no storage at all.
