    Worked perfectly as all I wanted was to check in for a comfy bed and a morning shower before carrying on with my plans

    Had a 2 night stay at this easyHotel. Check-in was efficient & the room was very basic & small - despite booking a room with window - with a strange layout too. Although there is AC & free unlimited wifi available in the room, there is no kettle no complimentary tea/coffee/hot water provided .. these are all available for a fee at Reception. There is also no hairdryer provided in the room although it can be borrowed for free from Reception but must be returned immediately after use due to limited availability. The location is good - practically in the city centre with plenty of restaurants nearby & within walking distance of Liverpool One & the bus/coach station for connections to the airport & other cities.

    I’m a frequent stayer. This room did not offer value for money. Noisy room (next to elevator), shower cold, TV did not work, heating did not work.
