Great room , great price . Would’ve been excellent apart from checkout was at 1100, but I had cleaning knocking on my door from 0930 . Understand they have to do rooms but knocking 3 times before checkout time seemed a bit excessive

Lovley hotel, friendly staff, drinks fridge 24/7, hotel room was only made up for 2, we booked for 3, but quickly brought another mug and towel. Guests were coming and going at all hours of the Saturday night was a little noisy but comfy beds. Check in and check out times great and cheap to extend them if they’re available… great location, overall would stay again and recommend

Staff we're welcoming and lovely, rooms clean enough with prefilled body, shampoo, and conditioner were full and ready to use. Beds were comfy enough and had everything we needed for a decent price.

The hotel is well located, and both the room and bathroom were spacious. However, the cleanliness was disappointing; I found a clump of hair on the carpet, which gave the impression that the room hadn't been properly sanitized and the mug on the table had signs of use. The room was a bit dark as there were very few lighting fixtures.

Room was clean and in good condition. Staff at reception lovely and helpful. Wish I’d realised there is no breakfast available and we had to go to the weatherspoons across the road - usually this would be ok but it coincided with the Santa Dash so it was mobbed with weary runners. Also in a noisy area of the city with banging music till 1am and sirens. However, very handy for the station, shopping and entertainment.

A firealarm that was running for 30 minutes during nighttime is unconvinient of course. Safety is the most important matter, but the firemen said all was under control. No appologies, information or discount at check out. Staff seems indifferent!

Staff were very helpful. However, fire alarm intermittently initiated during the night with little communication on the problem other than 'back to your room'. Issues with bathroom and bed also.

We stayed last night for the river if lights. The room was clean and comfortble. The ability to change the room temperature is great. Our room was only set up for 2 people. However there was 4 of us. They were quick to.provide extra towels, cups, coffe and milk.

Awesome stay though there weren't any amenities. Yet, the hotel was located in walking distance from everything I needed. Shops, pubs, restaurants, tourist attractions, cab pick up srea right in front. It was a great stay.

3 of us all got beaten by bedbugs Itches all night. Had to rush to pharmacy to buy pill and creams No compensation except refund. Pain was all on us.

Location was excellent, within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. We booked a room with a queen bed and was given a room with two twin beds pushed together. The room wasn’t the cleanest but had everything we needed apart from a microwave. I would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable stay in central Liverpool.

Clean room. Very large. Plenty of space. My only thing was the air con was above the door, same as other hotels, but unlike other hotels, the room was so large by time youre by the bed it was quite warm. Plus when i had a shower (it was a disabled room) after around 3 or 4 minutes it started to overflow with water. Again, not the worst thing in the world but ither may have an issue with it.

Good little place to stay, nice big comfortable bed and room. Just make sure you request a room away from the lift, that thing is noisy! Will stay again
