Excellent location, near to all shops and bars, not from the Royal Albert Docks.Plenty of space in the room and the bed was comfy. Would definitely recommend. The staff on reception were lovely too.
A bit noisy from the bar next door but it didn't bother us too much.

location was good. easy walking for mathew street, and albert dock. super comfy beds, pillows not so comfy.
toilet seat could have been straight. no toilet lid. safe didn't work. booked 2 single beds, got double...had to get that sorted.

Clean rooms and great location
The internet kept tripping out and there was no milk to make a cup of tea. We asked for some but were told there wasn’t any. Pointless having the ability to make a cup of tea but no ingredients.

Needs some tlc and not worth the money paid. Air con unit didn't work either.
