Good rooms with good sized bathroom. Good location near city centre
The lift was slow and a bit dodgy. The lock box process they have with no staff on site was annoying. Had trouble when opening on arrival and departure. Another couple were in lobby when we arrived and had the same issue, and were getting very stressed out about it. They really need to have staff onsite. When we texted them for help no reply as well...

The location of the hotel was perfect, 2 minutes walk from Mathew Street and other nice pubs / bars & restaurants.
Annoying that we wasn’t able to open the windows to give us fresh air which, made us feel quite claustrophobic at times. The shower door also didn’t close properly while having a shower. They had a kettle in the room however it was not working. Maybe this was just our room so I can’t speak for the rest of the hotel but it was unfortunate for us that we seemed to have drawn the short straw.
