    Great location right in the centre of Liverpool. Very clean room. Really friendly and helpful staff.

    Due to LFC game day , room rate was relatively high. I was stayed 2nd floor , can hear the music loud at night , not sure that's from the pub or from next room. Overall staff are friendly yet at night a gentleman asked to check our room card and guess name.without any reason rudely. Since I am not 1st time here and not the 1st night stay here . I have no idea why have to check without telling the reason .

    Couldn’t sleep, no carpets , design typical shaped like a hospital. Depressing hallways , lift doesn’t work properly. Budget hotel with a kitchenette what more to expect. Not recommended
