Good location. Bed cracked loudly when moving around, and on a night could hear other doors etc banging. Would happily stay again

The hotel is in a great location for attractions and restaurants etc. The staff were very friendly and approachable . Our door didn’t open first time but the locked was fixed immediately. The rooms feel a little worn now but the bed was comfy and the room was clean.

Well positioned hotel with short walk to great shops and bars. Nearby car park with discounted rates which were good for a city centre. Cost us £8 for 24 hours. Nice room, quiet and comfy. Smallish shower room but it was good. Plenty of toiletries. Staff were friendly. Check-in was fast and efficient. Breakfast was busy so glad we booked a time. Good variety with cooked to order hot food. Tea/coffe biscuits and crisps in the room. Loved it here. Will book again

Great location. Clean room. Great service from the front desk. Uber was charging me 140 pounds to go to Manchester Airport. The front desk got me a taxi for 66 pounds.

Staff in the restaurant seem a little slow on the Clearance and reset of the tables, the restaurant also lacks attention to detail and lastly some of the servers are course. Reception personnel could be a little friendlier. Room and team were very good.

Check in was fast, friendly and helpful. Our room was clean but the net that covered the window had a large tear. There was a leak outside of our bedroom window which because of the rain kept me awake all night. Lovely fresh breakfast even though it was busy
