Highly recommended place to stay in Liverpool for a couples break

Lovely hotel in a great location. Easy check in, rooms were immaculate and a good size. We had the breakfast on the final morning which was really good. Nice bar downstairs. All staff were very friendly.

An additional lamp in the room down by the TV would have been useful, but it's a pretty minor issue!

Perfect location, next to lots of lovely restaurants and minutes from the local bars.

The only thing that would have been better was the breakfast. It seemed good to have it delivered to the room but it was warm and not hot. Also found it a little small.

Relaxing, comfortable, good value for a large room, would defintley stay again

Great location for Matthew Street, Liverpool One and restaurants. Rooms large, stunning, comfy bed, breakfast in the room at no extra cost, quiet in room 302, good value, near to a Sburys local / Tesco express for any snacks you may need! Parking around a 6-8 minute walk at Moorfields NCP, you get a discount voucher for it at £9 for 24 hours.

Hot Breakfast, cold n greasy. You choose, hot or cold option. Then have what they serve up, meal came too quick on arrival to table, to be cooked fresh!! And no choice of what was served on plate!!!

Wonderful.

The room was fabulous, having been upgraded to a King Suite. Beautiful bathroom. Lovely staff. Great location within walking distance of the Liver Bird buildings and the atmospheric Albert Dock. Excellent bijou hotel with beautiful decor and lovely pictures. Fantastic value for money.

No plugs ANYWHERE near the bed ( in this day and age??), bed lights too close to sleeping area and impossible to move, no handle for safe access to over bath shower, room felt a bit tired and was dusty.

Perfect Getaway in the Heart of Liverpool

The location is superb, right in central Liverpool. The room had it's own wifi so you never once felt like it was struggling, the staff especially Rachel was really lovely. The room was great as were it's optional extras (was able to order rose petals a birthday balloon through hotel with ease thanks to the pre check in form / portal). Can't common on the bar or breakfast but wouldn't doubt me if they were superb, and bar looked stunning!

The overall experience was great, only small marks were bed was a little firmer than I prefer, and no holdable shower nozzel, and there was ample plugs but none near the bed.

Fabulous boutique hotel in central location

Fab location in the centre of Liverpool. Couldn't hear any noise from outside or other residents. Friendly staff checking in and at the bar. Good communication leading up to our stay with car parking advice.
