    First impressions: The property is located close to the famous Royal Liver Building, the Beatles statue, the Liverpool Museum, and many other iconic landmarks. It took 10 minutes on foot from the limestone railway station. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, with a full kitchen set. The bathroom was also spacious. I only had one problem: they charged me for additional city tax for £8 and i didn't expect that because i thought all cost has been included when i booked and paid the room upfront.

    Could not fault this accommodation perfect location near the Albert dock very friendly and helpful staff always with a smile on their face. Spotless clean had breakfast on one morning it was perfect and plenty of options to choose from and Jackie who was is in charge of the food was very helpful kind and courteous to us. We will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it worth a look at.

    Apartment well equipped and spotlessly clean. Sofabed very comfy and meant we had much more room and privacy in a one bed apartment than in a standard hotel room.

    Couldn’t sleep, no carpets , design typical shaped like a hospital. Depressing hallways , lift doesn’t work properly. Budget hotel with a kitchenette what more to expect. Not recommended
