Good value, for a well equipped, clean and excellently situated stay

It was a large, well equipped room, quiet considering its location, really close to the pier head, lots of restaurants. Very close to James street Mersey rail station, really well placed.

Just the air con was a little difficult to get right - either too cold or too warm

Overall a very pleasant stay

Close to city centre location and Albert Dock. Very clean room and has air conditioning in both dining area and bedroom. Private secure car parking area across road which you can book in advance at £15 a night

Noise from people shouting outside during night and into early hours of morning, plus bottles being emptied into bin at around 6am. TV wouldn’t let us cast any Netflix/Youtube on our last night for some reason, a member of staff kindly came up to help but to no avail.

The location was perfect and made everything very convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I felt very good during my stay and truly appreciated the care put into everything.

Very clean room. Everything was excellent, staff very friendly and helpful. Great location and added bonus of parking.

The only issue I had was that there needed to be more milk left and more tea and coffee in the rooms. Nothing else on a negative.

Best night sleep while in Liverpool

I have stayed in a lot of places I Liverpool and this by far is the best , no noise at night , comfy clean beds , lovely staff , 24hr pizzas 😊 everyone very polite , but honestly the best thing was the fact I got a good night sleep and that there was no outside noise keeping me up , very local and walking distance to town and boat , we will definitely stay here again , massive thank you to the staff

Rooms are well-proportioned and clean with all the facilities you need. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic with just a short stroll to either the docks or into town. Nearby bars and restaurants within easy reach but no external noise when sleeping at night

The aparthotel concept is a great one and the provision of 2 toilets/bathroom is a brilliant one

Good value for money. The apartment had 2 toilets which was a brilliant especially as we have kids.

Washing machine use should be complimentary and not separately charged. The parking lot could be bigger. A bit difficult negotiating the parking area. The floors could be better mopped clean. The room could also do with a fresher/flagrant smell

Practical Prague Accommodation.

Great location, well equipped and clean.

No lift in building, apartment is on the third floor and if all 5 bedrooms are being used, the seating area would be inadequate.

A perfect location for a short visit to the city, with comfortable beds. Do check the route closer to the hotel very car

Only one lift working and very slow. Old double glazing means the room is drafty and street noise is audible, even on the top floor! Sat nav and google maps do not accurately direct to the hotel when approaching from the M6. Both searching the postcode and destination via these apps tried to send the car through the Brunswick Tunnel, under the Mersey!!

One of the elevators were having maintenance, so a bit of waiting to get up or downstairs. Totally understandable and we were also informed beforehand.

Highly recommended for both short and long stays!

I stayed at the StayCity Waterfront in Liverpool and had a great experience. The studio was well-sized and had everything I needed — a microwave, hob, cutlery, glasses, plates, and all the essentials you would expect from a fully equipped studio. It even included an iron and ironing board. Complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate were provided, along with fresh milk in small sachets, which was a nice touch. The bed was large and very comfortable. I also appreciated the presence of a wardrobe — something many UK hotels often overlook. The bathroom was spacious, the water temperature was perfect, and all toiletries were provided. The room was also very quiet — we didn’t experience any noise disturbances during the night, which made for a great night’s sleep. The hotel features a well-equipped fitness room, and the location couldn’t be better — right in the centre of Liverpool, within walking distance of many main attractions.
