Great place to stay with location to city centre and the docks, would definitely book again next time i visit.

One of the elevators were having maintenance, so a bit of waiting to get up or downstairs. Totally understandable and we were also informed beforehand.

Highly recommended for both short and long stays!

I stayed at the StayCity Waterfront in Liverpool and had a great experience. The studio was well-sized and had everything I needed — a microwave, hob, cutlery, glasses, plates, and all the essentials you would expect from a fully equipped studio. It even included an iron and ironing board. Complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate were provided, along with fresh milk in small sachets, which was a nice touch. The bed was large and very comfortable. I also appreciated the presence of a wardrobe — something many UK hotels often overlook. The bathroom was spacious, the water temperature was perfect, and all toiletries were provided. The room was also very quiet — we didn’t experience any noise disturbances during the night, which made for a great night’s sleep. The hotel features a well-equipped fitness room, and the location couldn’t be better — right in the centre of Liverpool, within walking distance of many main attractions.

Great property in a good location within walking distance to points of interest, pubs and cafes

Great location close enough to walk to some of the best tourist spots. The facilities were great - the best part was the fact that it has secure parking and a laundry to allow us to wash clothes ourselves and not pay exorbitant prices like other hotels. Staff were excellent.

Had à lovely weekend at the Staycity Aparthotels

The staff were amazing and very clear on every thing during our stay. The bar and breakfast area was lovely, and a lovely buffet breakfast too. Our room was really nice, comfortable, the right temperature and loved the kitchenette part. Both bed and sofa bed were very comfy. The room had everything we needed.

I cant really find fault, if anything it's that the outside doesn't represent how nice it is inside.

Lovely hotel, polite staff close to the Albert Docks.

My husband and I stayed for one night while we were in Liverpool doing The Beyond Monet Experience and The Beatles Mystery Tour. We found it very close to Albert Docks and we booked a public car park nearby so we had flexibility. Lovely polite staff, we booked our luggage in early as our room wasn't ready. I had a lovely sleep, the mattress was comfortable.

The window didn't shut properly so my husband got a draft all night. I only found out next morning when I asked him why he was hogging most of the bed 😆

We loved the location and the price was great.

We asked for an early check in and while we appreciate we could not check in when we arrived as it was early, we had to wait while multiple others who were checking in got given access. We felt that the staff did not like us asking for early check in and they made us wait on purpose.

Love this place!!

We got to check in early as the room was ready which was a lifesaver with 2 excited kids They made sure the kids had games in the bar area and gave them complimentary ice lollies as it was so hot outside Air conditioning was lush too! Next door to james street station too

Nothing hotel can do much about. But seemed to be a drug dealer dealing from across the road from hotel in construction type site. Lots of coming and going and not sure would have been comfortable being alone outside as a result. But the hotel and staff and location can't fault really

Not about stay city but I booked and I reccomended my friends to book . Was disappointed after all this time that I have used booking .com that they got the same room for £100 less over the 4 days. Especially as we are both genios level bookers and as i say use you a lot .would expect a credit note maybe one of my next booking .com stays

A great stay in Liverpool

A wonderful stay at the Staycity apartments. The rooms were clean, comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed. Location was superb and staff were kind and helpful. We were two couples sharing, so I opted for a 2 bedrooms apartment. I'm glad I did as each couple had a bathroom and a bedroom. Lounge and kitchen area were perfect.
