Great location and good room size. Very good breakfast
The TV didn't work. The room electrics seemed very sensitive and a fuse kept tripping which had to be reset twice by a member of staff.

Good size room and the bathroom was lovely and modern. Very clean. Check in and out was very easy and there was luggage storage too as we arrived too early. Also really enjoyed breakfast. The staff seemed nice too though not many interactions with them.
Everything was brilliant apart from a regular noise that was like a vibration through the walls that I think was the lift - we were one room away from the lifts and the low vibration (about the volume of a mobile phone next to my head) continually going off every 10-20 mins or so until about 2am and then again early morning kept me up a lot of the night. Soundproofing could be better. This is my only complaint and everything else was fabulous.

We have stayed in the hotel few times now , we always go after work to have a little break from reality. The hotel is very modern and comfortable.
The pricing was way too high for the night as we paid around £140 on booking.come which was okay as that was including breakfast. However when we have arrived at 23:30, as we always do, this time they made us pay another £100 which was an additional charge for the late check in. I really don’t think this was fair as it wasn’t included anywhere until we got to the reception!
