The location of the hotel is excellent.
The room is spacious and clean.
The pillows weren't comfortable and I now have neck pain.

I really nice hotel in a good location for access to Albert Docks and city centre. Clean, quiet and good staff. A 24 hour convenience store right next door.

We have stayed in the hotel few times now , we always go after work to have a little break from reality. The hotel is very modern and comfortable.
The pricing was way too high for the night as we paid around £140 on booking.come which was okay as that was including breakfast. However when we have arrived at 23:30, as we always do, this time they made us pay another £100 which was an additional charge for the late check in. I really don’t think this was fair as it wasn’t included anywhere until we got to the reception!
