The location was perfect. Breakfast was served until 12 which was good. Staff were friendly. Lots of options for breakfast

I guess it's a personal preference but the bed and pillows were so hard it disrupted my sleep. To advertise a full english breakfast they need to add mushrooms, black pudding and hash browns to the breakfast. Slightly overpriced

The staff were friendly, the location is ideal and breakfast is very good selection

The room we stayed it had a squeegee in the bathroom already, after my sons shower the bathroom was flooded it took me 10 minutes to squeegee the water down the drain then I had to the same thing after my shower. The floor isn't graded correctly and water pooled in the centre of the bathroom. Making the floor a hazard and not desirable for a nice relaxing getaway to have to clean the ankle deep water from the 5 min shower I took. I was woken up at 2.05am by loud gurgling from the drains in the bathroom that sounded like a plain, I jumped out of my bed. This went on intermittently for the next hour and half. I finally got to sleep at 4.30am, woke at 6.30am for breakfast and checked out. I was so tired and angry I left without discussing it with any staff.
