Excellent location, amazing city.

The location is amazing. Especially for older members of our family it was right in the city centre.

Rooms arrangement was a bit awkward with the natural shape of the building.

Excellent - would recommend

The location was superb and the service was great. It was extremely quiet - the windows were closed though, so it might be louder if they're open. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the bed comfortable.

The TV signal was occasionally quite poor so many channels weren't available.

Great size, perfectly clean, right in the middle of Liverpool with great views towards from 9th floor! Underground parking was super convenient and really good value.

I wasn’t sent details on how to access the. Car park. Sat Navs do not know how to get there! So you need a specific post code to get to the underground car park. The out of hours line took me to a messaging service. I could have done with the contact details for the specific property I was staying in rather than a national line!

Excellent stay with fantastic location

Excellent location and spotlessly clean. The apartment is very spacious and the check-in process was easy and hassle-free. There is a private car park with lift access directly to the floor with the apartment, which was extremely convenient. Outstanding value for money — the price is very fair for the location and the size of the apartment.

Fabulous apartment in a super location and excellent value for money.

Fabulously clean apartment in an excellent location. We used the Cove car park and it couldn't have been simpler with a lift straight up to the apartment. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again on our next visit to Liverpool.

There is nothing we didn't like about this apartment although it took us some time to work out that the hot water and heating wasn't switched on so it was quite cold the first night!

The space in the apartment was amazing! So much was included in the kitchen facilities , washing machine, washing pods! Towels etc and we had such a nice view of Liverpool One!

A weekend in paradise starts in paradise street

Big place, actually a full flat with kitchen and bathroom and an extra bedroom. super central in the middle of L1 and that means the next LFC fan shop is a minute or two away. and it is quiet as if you would be sleeping in the woods...

Fantastic weekend in Liverpool

Great location in L1. Lovely small flat - we had room 901 - one bed with sofa bed in lounge - 2 people. Very clean and tidy. Good view of Liverpool sky line. Loads of places to eat and drink. Only stayed there one night as we were there to go to Anfield. Rather expensive at £404 for one night (Saturday - 1 Nov) but thats probably due to the football and all the other events that were on at weekend - Liverpool playing at home, rugby at Everton and others. Otherwise all great. Would recommend.

Bathroom ceiling had mould due to the extractor fan not working. This should be looked at.

Brilliant

Could not fault this place if we tried, great location, apartment was clean and tidy. Contact with the property was great. And just want to say a massive appreciation to staff member named Adynna who went above and behind to make our stay special. We were celebrating a 40th birthday and she made sure that there was banners and balloons placed in the apartment ready for us to suprise the birthday girl!

Good location, price reasonable but several maintenance issues

Great location for everything and liked the fact there were 2 bathrooms. Beds were extremely comfortable

None of the doors closed, they have not been fitted correctly and didn’t close into the frames. No working extractors in the bathrooms. The base of the shower was not stable as if it hadn’t been properly fitted and as you step in it felt like it was going to crack. On the first day my husband used the hairdryer and when he took the plug out the prongs were red hot and he burnt his hand. He thought it was a faulty dryer and swapped it with reception. On the 2nd day he realised the plug socket was the issue. He reported this but no one came and when followed up they said maintenance were not available at weekends. This should have been treated as an emergency as the wiring inside could have been a fire hazard.

The location, cleanliness, good value for money.

We had a window that did not have a have a handle attached properly meaning we could not close the window during a storm, this led to not only being able to hear the wind all night but every single time we opened another door it slammed shut seconds after due to the wind. This has disrupted our sleep and we are so disappointed with not only the response from Reception offering us towels as a solution (completely irrelevant) but the proceeding to say there is nothing they can do as they are not responsible for the housekeeping so would not have known about the window. This stay would have been perfect had this issue been prevented, resolved or even an attempt to help from the staff. Very disappointed.

Will stay here again on my next visit

Location is the best. At the center of Liverpool. Very comfortable place. Clean. Complete facilities. Spacious for a 2 bedroom apartment. My 1 year old son can play around the living room

The room service is not everyday. At first we dont know where to empty the trash can. Our 10 days stay only 1 time room service. The trash inside the property was a little bit smelly

Cove Paradise is a fabulous complex eith spacious units right in the heart of the city. The unit was immaculate, with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The staff were super friendly & helpful. Parking onsite was fantastic also.Easy walk to all shopping & public transport. Highly recommended.
