This is our 4th visit. We love liverpool and love this hotel. All staff are friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. We'll be back soon.

The hotel is very basic - somewhere between a Premier Inn and Travelodge. However it was very clean and nearby to the venue that we were using.

Room was clean and very quiet. A bit hot. Room service menu needs replacing. Staff very nice. Room door card stopped working a few times. Breakfast was good. There was one morning when there was a huge que for breakfast which put us off but we did have a very nice breakfast at a local cafe.

Very clean room, quiet and nice and warm. This visit we tried the restaurant and enjoyed our meal. Whilst you can pay an additional fee for parking, the disabled bays are frequently occupied by folk who don’t display a badge and one visit by a builder. Cleaning team always friendly, reception team could do with learning to smile.

Very clean room, plenty of space. Lovely spacious bathroom. Parking was touch and go. Even though we paid for parking the car park was full and we were lucky to get a space. Noticed that no action appeared to be taken with vehicles parked in disabled spots that didn’t display disc. Good location..right across road from Albert Dock and adjacent to City Centre, so perfect spot. No noise and lovely looking out of window onto to Albert Dock.

Staff at front desk reported my heater was not working and making a bad noise for 3 nights, but nothing was done about it nor any apology made. It did disrupt my sleep. Bottom sheet was not fitted and so kept on moving. Pillows were flat and not comfy. Our access cards kept on having to be reset. View was good, shower was superb and mostly clean. Size was amazing.

Not sure if we just got unlucky with our room, but it was fairly dirty. Both the room itself and bathroom need a good clean. There was quite a bit of dust, dirt, and grime in the harder to reach places. Unfortunately easy to see though. The bed was quite uncomfortable and we didn’t sleep much, but that was also because the room was also quite loud at night. We could hear a TV or people talking, presumably from the next room over. The door to the lobby also kept closing quite heavily and waking us up. Parking was a fair price and the amount of parking was sufficient. We didn’t have a problem finding a spot. The location of the hotel was phenomenal! We were able to walk into the city centre and up and down the dock. We very much enjoyed that. Overall, we didn’t pay much for the room for the night at all, so maybe it’s fair. If you get a cleaner room with a more comfortable bed in a quieter area of the hotel, it’s definitely worth it.

An excellent location in the centre of town, very close to The Docks, the shopping areas and the restaurant areas. With on site parking, including electric charging - note there is more parking at the back of the hotel. The room we had was on the ground floor but felt secure and was quiet at it overlooked the rear car park. The bed was ok, the shower was good, the room was clean, but the seating space would probably not be great to work at if that was what you needed. Staff were friendly but a little busy sending at the bar when we were checking in... However we only had to wait a moment. Very good for the price.

Room - small but adequate. Cleanliness was fine. No hand towels only bath towels. Bathroom door didn’t close and there was a mirror handing on the door that banged and rattled every time you used the bathroom (not ideal when having a middle of the night wee!) Breakfast - really good. All food was hot and fresh, good selection. Only issue was the tiny plates! A proper sized plate would have made life much easier. Staff - everyone we interacted with were very friendly and helpful, no complaints at all. Overall - good hotel, small tweets here and there would’ve made it great.

Room was never cleaned. Replaced towels full stop. Didn’t remove the tumblers we took up to our room the night before. Didn’t make our bed. 4 nights with the same sheets. Shocking.

Parking £10 per day but in front of the hotel, so convenient. Breakfast buffet good. Overall a good choice that we have used several times

I have stayed in many hotels and this was by far the worst bed my husband and I have slept in. The mattress was rock hard and had a thin topper which didn’t add any comfort. Worst sleep and got up each morning aching.

Ibis Albert Dock is a great location. It's across the street from the giant Ferris Wheel, amusement park, museums, restaurants and cafes and the bus tours all centered at the Albert Docks, a beautiful, scenic area. It's easy to get to from the airport taking the C1 500 bus.

The stay was fine the reception kept us waiting untill dead on 3pm to check in even though some other people clearly were allowed to check in between 2.30 and 3, we watched while we sat waiting no need I didn’t get her name but she was so abrupt and miserable it would have put us off coming back only we have stayed before without any issues. The room was basic but clean for one night it’s all that’s needed but the shower could have done with a good clean in fact I went around the door and the seals in the shower tray with a cloth and cleaned it before my partner saw it she would have flipped the cloth was dirty and black when I was done not good enough really. I’m not one for complaining and I wouldn’t normally say anything but I was sent this to fill in

i arrived not prebooked asked for price £150 plus but booked online for £88 and had to pay £10 parking on departure i was asked to pay £2.60 hotel tax not a problem but wish they asked me to pay when i first paid also no aircon so room was like a green house sorry guys i wouldnt recommend staff were un professional at times or simply over worked

Management requested room type change less than 24 hours before checking in. No incentive to do so provided. Whilst checking in given wrong type of key so couldnt enter room, went back to reception and received correct key. On entering room, maintenance man present dealing with a minor issue, asked to return to the room later. Decor dated and rooms look tired. Bathroom door swollen and wouldn't shut properly. Staff pleasant enough and hotel in a good location, breakfast was nice but not many options available.

Although the staff, especially Lewis were absolutely brilliant and couldn’t do enough for me, I found the bed extremely uncomfortable, a two inch mattress topper on an unbearably hard mattress, as someone who suffers from severe joint pain I wouldn’t recommend the beds to anyone and maybe more sound proofing I had to move rooms because it sounded like I had a herd of elephants above me

Another great 2nights stay at IBIS DOCKLAND LIVERPOOL . Our regular visit to see friends always gets us booking at this hotel ..great location to Dockland,museum .Liverpool One ,lime street or even National express coach station
