Hotel was fine in a reason walk to Liverpool one and the docks, staff were friendly, breakfast adequate the bed however was awful it was rock hard and a very bad nights sleep won’t be returning

Limited choice for breakfast even the so called healthy choices were not that healthy as many sugar laden/carbohydrates etc. Cooked breakfast again limited and sausages looked dried up. Apart from that everything else was ok, Rooms clean near enough to centre to walk but far enough away to be quiet

No TV remote in room, booked for Dog no facilities other hotels provide bed water bowls etc. Breakfast chaotic with both coffee machines needing attention and no one capable. Reception staff very good and on site parking a bonus but car park very tight for anything bigger than a mid size family car

Are stay at Hampton was enjoyable even though we only there for one night. We were there for a concert and venue was 10min walk from hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and climate comfortable, bit tight for space as we had a sofa bed made up for a twin room so didn't leave much room but beds were comfortable , it is an over all good hotel to stay at.

pros: room was nice, but view wasn't great. Location by the docks was nice. cons: Breakfast area is small and choice of food on offer is limited. Food also sells out quite fast on weekends and isn't replaced. TV remote didn't work when turning it on/ off, so had to get up and press the switch. Can hear noise from the nearby pub downstairs.

Gone middle of the road for my ratings as staying for 2 nights were like night and day. The 1 receptionist didn’t tell me about paying for parking and then the next days charged me for 1 night as I could have been fined as an independent company run the car park. Breakfast again was 2 different experiences, 1st day was a mess, tables dirty, no bacon for the last 45minutes of service, I heard 1 customer told we have no more bread for toast. 2nd day complete opposite. Room door didn’t lock properly as we would notice it wouldn’t click shut like most hotels rooms do. Very noisy throughout the night due to late comers from nights out.

The cleanliness was excellent. The bed was hard, uncomfortable and you could feel the springs, they either need to change the mattress or add a topper. Breakfast was good but you need to start adding fried eggs and mushrooms. Staff were very helpful and always polite.

On arrival good service from staff very friendly and helpful breakfast was not good hot food appeared to be very dry like it had been cooked for hours had to queue for coffee as machine broken tables not cleaned staff stood around talking not cleaning tables same the next day as well adults not looking after children at breakfast dropping food all over on the floor. We stay here every August when we attend a convention. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. Could do with maybe a deeper clean as the edges of the carpet were dirty and had bits of food.

We always were posable use Hampton by Hilton. We fine them very good. But was a bit disappointed by this one. Staff were great and friendly the breakfast was very good up to the usual Hampton by Hilton standards but the breakfastroomcouldbe a bit bigger. But hotel seems to be in need of some tlc. Like the carpets in corridors although they were cleaned it look they needed a good shampooing. In the bathroom two bulbs were out. Now you might say why didn't you report them. But i think that the maintenance should be checking on things like that. Also the shower when you turned on water if would turn to face wall. It was a bit of a nuisance. Overall if i am in Liverpool again i will most probably use Hampton by Hilton as they are a good hotel.
