    Very welcoming team. Well equipped rooms with all the essentials including a coffee machine. Central location near L1 but far enough away from Concert Square hullabaloo. Listed building so a few stairs but not a problem. All in, a really nice clean place to stay but without the corporate blandness and surly-faced Reception team so prevalent in town.

    Great Reception team. Good-sized rooms with everything you need. Quiet. Good WiFi speed. Coffee machine. Central location. Best value in town and it’s very secure.

    I had very bad experience in this hotel they collect me for deposit and until now i didnt get any response for refund shame on this hotel i will never recommend this hotel
