Effective check in, nice staff, clean room, relatively close to the dock and city sentre. Perfect stay for a football match-weekend.

Stayed here in 2024 and enjoyed it. Same goes with this trip. The room was clean and modern. The staff were friendly. The location is great, steps from Bold St and the shops and all. It's also not far from Liverpool Central station. For those taking the bus, it's less than 10m to Liverpool ONE bus station as well. The buffer brekkie is pretty good considering it's included. The eggs don't really seem like eggs, though. And they no longer off pancakes during the weekdays, which was very disappointing considering the quality of the eggs. Overall, still really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Breakfast - the scrambled eggs had run out and no one was monitoring food levels. But, the eggs weren’t very good once replenished. It would be better if fird snd poached eggs were offered too.

We arrived at the hotel early expecting to just leave our bags until check-in time. But as our room was already available we were able to check-in well before 3pm. Room was excellent, As ere all the staff spoke to. Breakfast was good and well set to. Only around 10 minutes to walk to the Lime Street Station, or Centre of Liverpool . Will definitely stay again and happy to recommend for a stay in Liverpool..

Good location not too far from Lime Street Station. The room was spotlessly clean and very quiet. No street noise to disturb our sleep. Beds were very comfortable and the shower was great with quality toiletries provided - shampoo, conditioner, hand and body wash and and body lotion. An excellent self service breakfast was included with plenty of choice. Hot food was hot and everything' was replenished regularly. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. Would certainly stay again.

They need to provide sleepers. Should have a fridge when you leave medication with them and not put it in their wine cellar. They should’ve fridge for their customers medication. Staff needed to smile more.
