Very central location, staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, we had a free mini fridge which had cans of coke and two twix bars. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty, I would recommend this hotel

I've been staying weekly in Liverpool for the last 3 yrs in various hotels . My highlight at Aloft being the beautiful caring, helpful Cody she's such a breath of fresh air with all the customers. Her disposition made me decide to stay here rather than any other hotel choice. The bar staff Luke and Sam super friendly and always happy to help. My only criticism was this morning I rang reception and the staff member Chelsea was unhelpful and dismissed me with her off hand manner . Telling me not to rebook with your hotel but on line with another provider . I knew I could get Hard days night and halyard cheaper but I chose to stay her for the staff who take care for me being a lady one my own traveller.

Looks grand from outside and reception area but beyond that run down. No sockets near mirrors had to do my hair in reflection of the television! Not a good look for a night out!
