Really good value for money hotel.
Always a pleasure to return to.
Would highly recommend as a very good budget hotel.
The staff are so helpful and polite. They make the place special and are an absolute credit to themselves Crest Hotels and Liverpool.
I would especially like to mention Chris who seems to be everywhere performing any role and also Laura and Leon who could not be more welcoming, helpful and dedicated to Customer Service.

Originally booked a 2 night stay extended to 4. Room spacious warm and clean with a good shower. All of the staff were helpful and polite nothing was too much trouble very friendly and excellent service. Had breakfast/evening meals food basic but good, evening choices a bit limited but adequate. Bar and lounge areas ok. All in all a good hotel excellent value for money. Good staff made a big difference.

It was a comfortable stay got a good nights rest blackout curtains quiet could regulate the TV and the heating system very simple which is helpful to me
