Helpful receptionist. Great to have bottled water.
We couldn’t get the room warm. There was only one chair. No breakfast available either at the hotel or in the Toby Carvery nearby.

It was on ground floor and near toby carvery
It needs updating lamp shade next too bed was damaged there was only 2 sockets in bedroom most hotels provide biscuits but not a great issue and be nice to make welcome at reception
