Nice clean gues house. Will defo use again if I go to aintree

Located close to the Race course and all shops that I needed. Quiet area Lovely clean room and a great kitchen with all facilities clean and ready to use. Nice little guest house

Creaky floor board outside my room number 2 which was annoying all night. Wish people would respect others when coming in late banging doors

Lovely little b and b in effect with a well stocked and equipped kitchen for a continental and you could rustle up a full english if you took your own goods for the above. Excellent if you just want cereals or toast which is all provided. Train station 5 minute walk with an excellent train service. We will be back again.

Clean..warm..comfortable. Easy check-in. Kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils, crockery etc. Bread, jam, butter for toast. Cereals. Milk. Little treats. Tea/coffee making facilities in the room. TV. Just perfect.

Near to the Metro / Bus stations but far from city center

I got lost since the Address showed somewhere else The Heater and Chauffage during the night got shout down and made very cold ambience for almost 5h.

A good location for us, off the main road.

Help yourself breakfast & complete use of the kitchen were excellent. It meant that food ,although prepared yourself could be eaten at any time. Although we didn't use it, the laundry could be useful for those staying longer.

Room no.1, (en-suite) was excellent except that there was no additional heating. We felt the time controlled central heating wasn't quite enough on very cold nights. An additional heater would have been of benefit. Also some additional shelving would be appreciated in the bathroom. Maybe for some, the possibility of noise from the pub garden, across the road could be an issue at times in the summer time.

Be My Guest, Liverpool B&B

Unusual venue in that there are in fact, no staff to meet you as such. It's all self-serve. Key in safe outside, let yourself in, trusted to lock up behind you. Text to check in. All facilities provided, (tea, coffee, kettle, TV, towels etc.). Very clean - spotless actually. Self-serve breakfast in the morning, fresh milk in fridge, everything you need for tea, coffee, cereal, toast, a good basic breakfast. Toilet and bathroom facilities were A1. Location near railway station, and I walked it back from Aintree. Definitely recommended, no question.

Nothing I didn't like, it was very well thought out! I was a bit concerned I might not be able to open the key safe, the one with my key in was a little problematic to open. Possibly label drawers and cupboards in kitchen as to what they contained - had to hunt around for cereal bowl. I'm nit-picking! Couldn't have been a better place for my odd night's stay!

2nd time and didn't disappoint

This is my 2nd time at Be My Guest ground floor room 1. As a solo traveller it's difficult to find an en suite other than a hotel. Sarah is very responsive on WhatsApp before and during my stay. A nice touch are the breakfast items available in the kitchen but there are also tea and coffee in the room. It is literally 2 mins walk from Orrell Park Station so easy connection to other areas. Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, full size towels and power outlets by the bed. I will definitely stay there again.

Good location helpful staff

Loved the location and Sarah was extremely helpful especially since we went to the wrong address. Please ensure you have you map on your phone working we had no internet so was confused but Sarah set us to the right location. Close to train station and buses everywhere.

Ideal for a short stay

The room is located in a quiet area, some way from Liverpool city centre (too far to walk, but easily accessible by tram). The room was clean, and there was a TV and tea and coffee available. I did not speak to any staff except by text, but the instructions were clear.

The rooms do not have their own toilet or bathroom, meaning I had to wait for it to be available. There was also no wifi available in my room.

Clean room, easy access, good communication and instructions, good facilities, close free parking, reasonably well equipped room, excellent value for money!

Room was a little smaller than I was expecting, but still perfectly fine and still excellent value.
