Exceptional host , great place and couldn’t fault it apart from the £10 a night parking , not sure why it’s irked me so much . Apart from that absolutely brilliant
£10 a night charge for parking (understand why) and it’s optional .you can park for free just down the road but a nice car in bootle ,not really a choice

A great night's sleep in a comfy bed with a modern ensuite. Great breakfast with premium coffee to start the day. Great communication from Karl from start to finish. This is one of those places you will go back to time and time again.
