The hotel was fantastic , the rooms were spotless , food was excellent , staff were so helpful and very friendly. Location was absolutely perfect . I travel a huge amount with my work and i have rarely met should a great team as that of park hotel staff.
we were fortunate to meet the owner who was an absolute gentleman he was so welcoming and helpful with our group,

Entrance/Reception to hotel was beautiful and staff were welcoming and helpful
The room was very dated small and cold.
A mobile ekectric radiator/heater was put in the room. It was a safety hazard, had only 3 legs and kept falling over, had to be supported to stand up.
Also there were major roadworks making entering abd exiting the hotel difficult and caused difficulties finding our way around. We should have been advised on booking of the disruption as unfamiliar with area. Apparently the work had been ongoing for some time.
