    Said on reception was always polite and helpful. The hotel was great value for money - the bed was clean and comfortable, towels and toiletries provided in room. The room was ensuite and there was a fridge, microwave, kettle, tea, coffee and milk. A TV and WiFi also included. Sandhills, Bank Hall and Kirkdale Merseyrail stations all a short walk away. I think the rooms must be cleaned and towels and sheets changed every 7 days unless you check out earlier. I didn't mind this as I usual ask hotel staff to stay out of my room during my travels. I just asked staff for additional toilet paper and milk, tea etc. I think you could just ask reception if you wanted change of towels, bin emptied etc. It was clean, comfortable and secure and I would recommend this hotel, especially if you are on a budget but want somewhere clean, with your own bathroom and facilities to make tea/coffee and refrigerate milk/food and microwave a meal.

    Syed, who works at the facility as everyone but in one person is especially these days a very unique person who actually gives a damn and treat his job with importance and respect instead of just a way to pay the bills. He is a professional who is going extra mile for the guest but in discreet way without making a fuss. I have seen Sayd deescalate a heated situation and in challenging moments like that and was impressed of him keeping professional manner and quick reactions under pressure. Place is good for short term journeys, however someone with walking difficulties would be in trouble because of no lift . Thank you

    If you’re lucky enough to get a room with a closing window then you’re stay will feel secure, we had a ground floor room and I was nervous about how safe it would be but honestly felt fine the whole time however very thin walls can hear everything also grimey bathroom but the room had a fridge so that was great very easy to get straight into Liverpool on any bus would stay again if on a budget
