It was close to palm house and was in a lovely area. Even though the car park was full, my car was safe and I parked for free on the road.

Hassan the manager was very good,helpful and attentive.. great location for lark lane or city centre.

The 2 rooms we stayed in where very run down and coud do with much needed refurbishment.The furnishings ( chairs, bedside cabinets etc) are very very dated and broken, the mattresses were old and you could feel the springs and to make it worse one of the beds had the base divan broken in the middle making the mattress sag and be very uncomfortable. Wanted to have a bath and in both bathrooms the water came out full of rust so had to leave the water run for 20min for the water to clear up.
