The location was brilliant, a short walk from Lark Lane, with its independent shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.
I had a view from my room over Sefton Park which was excellent for walking with my dog and it was only a 5 minute drive into the City centre.
Hassan is an exemplary host, the room was tastefully decorated and very clean, I am recommending this Hotel now to friends and family.

The manager Hassan was friendly and delightful. He couldn't help us enough. We had a minor issue, which he resolved immediately, with no problem at all. The hotel is in a great location.
The hotel needs a little TLC. Fresh paint, and maybe some extra cleaners. It's the attention to detail that counts. Our shower didn't work so we had to drive to my boyfriends to use his.

Location very good
Room very tired and hadn’t been hoovered. Window didn’t open, curtains very worn. It’s clearly been in decline for some time which is a shame as it a lovely hotel previously. Staff were very friendly though
