The hotel is really nice, the staff couldn't be more helpful and made us feel very welcome and looked after our dogs as they were royalty. Nicely redecorated room and bathroom
Would have liked some more towels rather than just one bath towel each. We didn't have a hand towel for drying our hands or a bath matt to step onto when we came out of the shower - this didn't effect our stay just details that would help in the future.

Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Interesting decor and memorabilia.
No towel rail. No bath mat. No hair dryer. Poor pillows. Untidy where door handles, for example, had been replaced.

Convenient location close to wedding venue
Small room. Road noise.

I like staying here, because it’s local to my daughter’s house. When doing the Uni run - it’s the perfect place to stay. We love Sefton Park, everyone is so friendly.
Not much.
