It was in a great location and easy to get to along with the staff being very helpful answering questions

Local to town centre very clean
Very cramped room no air it was very hot and stuffy pillows wear really hard and very uncomfortable mattress rock solid but you get what you pay for bathroom was big and loads of room

Excellent location, very clean, easy to get to.
It states there is a lift - this is not the case. However, the staff were able to move one of our guests from the 3rd floor to the 1st floor. However, if they were fully booked, this wouldn't have been possible.
There are no facilities to make a drink - not a major problem but would have been nice to get a drink first thing without having to leave.
We had two rooms - room 001 and room 006. No issues with 001. However, there was no handle on the window in 006 and so it was like a sauna as the pipes run through the room so was uncomfortable with heat.
