The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, very central and a short walk to the train station. Also, we had a great night in the bar downstairs. A proper party atmosphere with a a good mix of people and reasonable prices.
The decor is a little dated but very clean and has all the facilities you could need. It’s obviously going to be noisy as it’s a bar but you are aware of this when booking. No problem for us as we were enjoying the party atmosphere but might not suit some.

Great location, rooms are basic but have everything you need. Heater in room worked a treat.

Location is brilliant however the hotel and rooms are tired & need upgraded.
Breakfast was good and the staff were lovely but no clear indications whether to sit or order or help yourself
Rooms are in definite need of upgrading. It was fine for an overnight stay but no longer than that.
