Citadines City Centre Liverpool

You couldn't get a more central location and I expected a bit of noise because of this but there was none at all. The facilities were fantastic in the apartment, someone spilled a drink on me and I was able to come back and wash and dry my clothes overnight which made a problem completely go away. The price was phenomenal for the quality of the hotel it has 24 hour reception and everyone was so friendly and helpful.

The room is listed on here as no dogs allowed but when I got to the hotel I found you could being a dog for an extra charge, this maybe needs updating on booking page

The reception team and the location are great!

The room was dirty,the towels were dirty. The AC was not working properly and it was a bit cold in the room. The pressure of the hot water was not enough and it was difficult to take shower. When I booked the property,the conformation was "one bedroom flat". Actually it was a normal hotel room with microwave... Overall was OK,but it is not 4 star property!

Clean, high spec, comfy beds, plenty of kitchen ware. Easy accessible with lift, right in city centre in amongst shops. Check out was 11 without extra charge and staff were really helpful with good tip for cheap parking, help to work the cooker and just really friendly.

Location excellent Very clean

The reason I chose this hotel is that it is only 10minutes walk from the Lime Street station Liverpool. The hotel is right in the centre of Liverpool main shopping area were you are spoilt for shops and food choices. Booking in quick, large rooms, with comfortable bed. Also it is reasonably quite at night

Not much of an issue, but the gym is small with only on treadmill. Lifts can be slow during busy times

The first room I was given faced Church Street (large pedestrian/shopping area) and the buskers outside were loud. My room change to the other side then faced rooftops. It was my choice to change but I would have liked to have the view of the hustle and bustle of Church St without the noise.

Considering the price, location and amenities, I can't really complain. I had everything that I needed and had a good sleep. Nearby is a lot of options for sightseeing, shopping, food and transportation.

Checking-in could be optimized by collecting all guests' data in advance. Otherwise at times there's a long line of people waiting for check in. Also depending on the room and day, you might hear some noise from the street.

Beds could be a little more comfortable

From the moment we made our reservation, the customer service at Citadines City Centre Liverpool was exceptional. A special mention goes to Julia at reception, who was not only a warm and welcoming hostess but also displayed the utmost professionalism throughout our stay. We were in Liverpool for our annual school friends’ gathering, and we wanted the experience to be memorable. Thanks to the team at Citadines, it truly was. We also booked the conference hall for part of our event, and Julia went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfectly arranged and that all our requirements were met seamlessly. The property excels in every aspect, spotless cleanliness, spacious and comfortable rooms, excellent sleep quality, convenient central location with easy access to the city’s attractions, and an inviting atmosphere throughout. The service standard here is undoubtedly among the best in town. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Liverpool, whether for business, leisure, or a special occasion.

We booked Citadines for my bother and his wife as a birthday gift as they were going to a show in Liverpool. They said the room had everything they needed, the bed was comfortable and the location was fabulous. They said it was spotless and they had a great time. They would highly recommend. Thank you.

The location was more perfect than we realised. Right in the heart of the centre, all the shops beside you,, Pandora opposite, Primark a few buildings down then Liverpool One. Apartment style room which is perfect with family, full kitchen, fridge, microwave, toaster etc

Wet hard to have a dislikes but The only issue would be that our hand towels weren’t changed. One taken away & not replaced when used bath towels were taken & replaced….& the other hand towel we used had just been rolled up nicely & placed back on the shelf (I assumed it was fresh til I used it)

The location was amazing, Liverpool is a very walkable city and this was right in the middle so made it easy to get everywhere we wanted. It is also right next to bold street!

The views were fab, modern apartment with everything you need for a few days break. Even has a washing machine and dryer.
