Beds very hard and uncomfortable. Very noisy at night due to location . Bedroom carpet badly stained. Stairs to reception very long and steep. (Was made aware of this afternoon booking)

Great location and value for money with friendly staff.
Was very happy with the upgraded room and the staff were very friendly and went the extra mile carrying my suitcase to the top floor for me.

We had a blast!
The hospitality was great, kind staff and cosy well decorated rooms. Loved the Picture of John Lennon in our room. Loved how the hotel has an entrance right in the back of the pub below it.
Those stairs, those stairs!!!!! But they were worth it.
