Thr hotel was lovely. The staff were so nice and tge room was spotless. It can get a bit noisy at night but my son slept through it all thankfully.

We selected this property for its close proximity to the train station which was fantastic. We liked the comfortable bed and pillows and it was also totally safe and central and clean. It had air conditioning which is a real plus in the summer. You could walk to a lot of the sights from here. The only negative is the noise from the bars below. We asked for a quieter room so were placed on the top floor which was the furthest away from the street level. So be prepared to carry your bags up 3 flights of stairs. It was still quite loud but we were glad we were on the top floor. But the issue with noise was something we already knew about ahead of time. The bathroom was clean and the shower facilities were great.

The reception staff were really friendly and helpful, property is really clean and comfortable. We were on the floor directly above the pub and it was a little noisy but we knew this before we booked and we stayed out fairly late anyway.

No lift at the hotel so was on the 3rd floor room was very nice ! Only complaint was that the double bed was two singles pushed together and they kept coming apart so big gap appeared and made the bed uncomfortable!! Also noise from bars below was a bit loud and late into early morning but didn't bother me !! Overall the room was very good

For the price it exceeded my expectations. Very spacious. Great central location to everything. Friendly ,helpful staff. Steps up can be a challenge with big luggage.

Hotel is above a pub on a street with many pubs, so bring your earplugs since there will be loud music and talking and laughter into the morning hours. We had a room towards the back on the first floor, so maybe if you’re higher up you won’t hear it as much. Also there are stairs (about 20) to enter and then depending on your floor there are more. No elevator.

Clean Room, Comfortable Bed, Great Shower., Cheap Price. Hotel is above a bar which opens till late on a busy street for nightlife. Close to Liverpool Lime Street and Central But if you want somewhere to crash after a night out, this is the place

The lad on check in was lovely and the lady on check out was great very helpful. When we come in last night the man not sure if he was security or staff. There is a age difference between me and my partner when we come in he asked what room number which is totally fine then he asked got the book out and starting looking to see if I was in the room with my partner I felt like he thought I was a prostitute and I was bring a lad back to my room I have never ever felt like that in my life hotel was perfect but I'll never go back now

Noise was unacceptable, loud until 2:00am...even earplugs didnt work. Towels were torn, wake up calls did not happen. Although the expedia site said thete was no lift , the stairs are very steep and wouldn't meet any codes. Expedia should make sure that the noise should be mentioned before payment and not after. Hotel close to train station.

Staff on reception were amazing. Room was very clean and comfortable. Great area to stay in. We had read the reviews regarding the noise so took noise cancelling ear buds with us. However, these were not enough to block out the noise which went on until at least midnight on a Wednesday evening. Not the hotels fault and would stay there again due to everything mentioned above.

A lovely boutique hotel - close to amenities and spotlessly clean with friendly helpful staff. No hairdryer or cupboard in room (although hangers) and in fairness they did email a few days before my stay that is was noisy but I wasn’t banking on loud music coming from the pub until 2am. If noise isn’t a factor for you (or you are going to be out late) I’d stay defo stay here as it’s great value for money.

The hotel is perfect for a short stay or for couples. Not ideal for children or if you are looking for a quiet nights rest. The location is fantastic, close to shops and the shopping areas. If you are looking for a tipple, this is a great short stay location. Must be mindful not to pack heavy or big luggage, the walkway are narrow and without elevator. I had a pleasant overnight stay, the room was spacious. Possible to sleep 4 and the staff are friendly and helpul. Will stay again on my next visit and bring some earplugs as well.

Excellent value for money, cosy and clean. If you want to get back late from a night in town it's ideal, however, if you like to go to bed early or have an afternoon nap, the noise from surrounding pubs may be an issue.
